INSECT INFESTATION & UNHYGENIC CONDITIONS We arrived to find dozens of living and dead insects throughout the unit—including the bedroom and bathroom. They were present at check-in; we never left doors/windows open. We documented everything with photos/videos and contacted management. The property acknowledged the insects in writing but dismissed them as “not harmful” and “seasonal.” Guests should not be checking into a unit with insects throughout the space. The condition of the property suggested broader cleanliness issues: there were stained sheets, missing/loose bathroom tiles, duct tape around floorboards, and intermittent blackouts that repeatedly knocked out the lights and Wi-Fi. We have photos and written correspondence documenting the conditions. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Loved our Jungle House stay! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed a place close to the convention center for a long weekend. Close proximity and all the nearby restaurants made this an ideal location. The place was clean, loved the decor and was a nice space to relax after a long day. The staff was super helpful, and quick to respond if I had any questions. This will be the first place I check for availability if we’re ever in Columbus again.

Great place to stay in the downtown area of Columbus. Steps away from plenty of restaurants/ bars, or all the kitchen items you could need if you want a night in. Very communicative host, would stay again

This place is excellent! The beds are very comfortable and the space is so cool with the jungle theme. The space is very clean and I felt welcomed. The communication with the team is absolutely great! I will be back in the future!

We loved staying at this property. It was perfect close proximity to Nationwide Arena. We slept so well in the beds and the decor was delightful. We had everything we needed for a great overnight stay and the hosts were easy to communicate with and was there for any question we had. We would definitely stay at this property again. If you're looking to be central to hundreds of activities in the city, this is a perfect location. We walked everywhere we went. It's situated right next to Goodale Park, with easy access to the highway. The house is three floors and contains all of the extras you need to have an easy stay. Very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We didn't encounter any issues, but the Jungle House staff stayed in communication during the process, so I knew we'd be able to reach someone if we did! We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday ? Thank you Jungle House!

This was such a wonderful stay. All the plants gave it such a nice touch. Great location, walking distance to everything. Very clean and surprisingly quiet. Our host was amazing and super attentive. We will definitely be back.

They will be video. Per Ohio law you are not allowed to video anyone without notifying them, YOU FAILED TO DO SO!! Don't stay! Keep looking. The picture don't tell the truth, this house is old and falling apart, you can see through the floors. It is only has 1 full bath. No futon beds. You can see through the doors. Extremely cold. Do NOT stay here. I been asking for a refund for 2 weeks for the over charged of guest and parking and you are not responding? After reading other reviews it don't appear you have updated the profile and still have it listed as a hotel. Please refund my extra $230.00 ASAP! Then update your listing you the bad reviews stop. I want to see results, not just lip service that you keep providing!!! You are scamming people!

I’ve stayed at Jungle house most times while visiting Columbus the past 6 months. Each one of their properties has everything needed for an excellent stay. Most have been recently renovated, Nicely decorated, and all with super comfy beds. This particular location was a 5 min walk to Short North with endless dining choices. I’ve given up the hotels with 200 square foot rooms. Jungle house is The only place to stay in Columbus.

Jungle house we're great host and I look forward to staying with them again. The hospitality was like no other! The check ins were greatly appreciated. Location was fantastic and I loved the fact that I had my own parking spot ?
