Located conveniently near the airport, this hotel offers generally professional service, particularly from the bar and shuttle staff. However, guests frequently report serious issues with inadequate housekeeping, maintenance failures, and a markedly dated, poorly maintained property. The property appears to operate at high occupancy, often resulting in severe check-in delays and a backlog of Guest Room maintenance.
0 stars, Staff upon arrival rude( older black lady with small braids). We arrived at 3:15 to check into a 3 pm check in, were told give them 20 min to get room clean, we waited 25 min and came back only to have them tell us we need to wait 30 min or more until it’s cleaned. We explained that we had a 4pm reservation at a restaurant, and a concert after. She said we can’t do anything about the room not being cleaned, we sold out last night and they are behind. The lady said well you can come back later and we will have the room on hold. My wife confirmed style of room ( king bed). She said as long as we’re back by 2am it would be held also reminded us of daylight savings. We arrived back to the hotel at 11:30p to be told they have one double bed room, everything is completely booked. They said they could call around to see if another local hotel has any availability, surprise everyone was booked out. Here we are at midnight with no room. Local having to travel to some other hotel to check into at 1am on daylight savings where we are already losing an hour. Unacceptable!
It is an old hotel.. u can tell from the elevators but the rooms were udpated at one point... i jas been maintained pretty good... my room was pretty quite.. was pretty large as well
What can I say! Just a disappointment. The hotel is in need of a significant renovation, as its current appearance is dated. The guest rooms lack an inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the breakfast service in the lounge is consistently unsatisfactory; despite a stated 6 AM start time, hot food is frequently unavailable until 7 AM or later. The evening lounge service also falls short of expectations, and the staff's demeanor often appears unenthusiastic. While I generally prefer to provide positive feedback, I believe it is essential to bring a concerning situation to the attention of management, if they care! The front desk staff consistently demonstrates a friendly demeanor. As a frequent patron, I continue to utilize this establishment due to corporate arrangements; however, it does not consistently meet optimal standards.
I’ve stayed at close to 100 Marriott’s and this is the worst. Service: at first I was loving the service. Check in was great and they even upgraded my room. Upon getting to my room I needed maintenance for two things. After 4 hours maintenance never showed up. I was told maintenance also runs the shuttles and that takes priority over repairs. My last day at check out the manager acted like I was a bother to her. So service was marked down for those reasons. Room: very large but very dated. The hardest couch I’ve ever been on. My shower leaked for days and maintenance was unable to fix so I had to listen to it drip while I tried to sleep. Furniture was very dated. M Club was well kept and nice looking. The food was just ok. Breakfast was always sausage links and scrambled eggs for the warm items. Dinner usually consisted of just appetizers. The restaurant had good wings and drinks were pretty good. Generic: very dated hotel with little up keep. An employee said the owners don’t provide enough money to up keep the hotel and they actually have to scrap parts and items out of rooms to keep other rooms available for guest. Just a shame that they have let this go so bad
Was there for a conference for a group the staff was amazing the food was fantastic the room was great the lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite professional she had red hair didn't get a name the restaurant on 01/08/26 the lady at the bar was great our burgers were delicious the whole experience was great hope to come back one day had wonderful wonderful time our training was at a great location thank you again
My husband and I parked our cars here when we went on vacation. Service was great. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, my car window had been smashed when we returned. Although the hotel did a great job covering up the window, it is clear that the lot is unsecured and in an unsafe location. We also saw another vehicle with similar damage.
The room wasn't as advertised and much smaller than photos let on. The pillows were horribly soft, the duvet didn't have a cover on it and there were stains all over it, the linens were old and literally falling apart at the seams. The television didn't work, the back of the wardrobe was falling apart, the room couldn't maintain a steady temperature, and lastly there was zero ventilation in the bathroom which made it incredibly humid during and after showers. The charger they have for EV is priced through the roof for slower than slow charging, ON TOP of having to pay nightly for parking. It wasn't an enjoyable experience, but at the end of the day it was a place to lay my head for a VERY last minute trip to see family and they allowed pets. Would I recommend staying there? No.
This Marriott is an older hotel, but you can tell they work hard to keep it updated and comfortable. I stay here at least four times a month, and I usually eat in the bar area because I’m often too tired to go out — plus, the food is genuinely good. My only complaint is with Kelly, the bartender. She’s consistently rude and dismissive toward me and my guest, who often joins me and spends her hard-earned money dining with me. During my most recent stay, Kelly ignored me for about ten minutes, served another guest who arrived after me, and was noticeably rude to my companion. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that Rachel had to be called from the M Room to help. She did a wonderful job, but I couldn’t help but notice she only served me and my guest — the only two people of color in the bar area — and did not attend to the other guests. Kelly would really benefit from additional training on professionalism and kindness toward all customers. Aside from that, the rest of the staff and the overall hotel experience are usually pleasant, which is why I continue to stay here regularly.
We were barely in the room the night we got in but the bed was comfortable and seemed clean. When showering this morning before we left noticed the shower had not been properly cleaned and there were multiple hairs in the shower and on bathroom counter. Also some of the bathroom amenities and products hadn’t been restocked.
The soap and hair conditioner dispensers were completely empty- I was so tired and it was so late when I realized, I just did without. The hotel is beautiful, has a nice restaurant/bar as well as a very open lobby area with plenty of sitting areas. I wish my stay was longer because the fitness room looked amazing. Every staff member I spoke to was professional and so kind. Even the airport shuttle driver was very nice.
