Staff is very nice, and Restaurant Town Hall was great! The night club on 10th floor ruined Saturdays and Sundays night sleep. The bass of the music was vibrating the walls. If you like to party, and drink and stay up late, this place is for you. If you've been there done that and want rest do not stay here.

My husband and i spent our wedding night here and although the views of the city, big bedroom balcony and comfy sleeping sound machine were amazing.. The STAFF were the highlight of our stay and we truly will never forget our time at Moxy. Aja and Ryder specifically made us feel so special and catered to. Couldn't recommend this place more!!

You can’t beat the location of this hotel & the downstairs restaurant is quite good. However- the rooms are small, have no closet just hooks on the wall, offer no in-room coffee maker or even bottled water despite a mini fridge being in the room. We stayed for two nights and our room was never made or cleaned, no fresh towels. The shower had a rain head shower but no shower cap to keep from getting your hair wet which means you have to use the handheld to shower. No body lotion or bar soap. We were on the 7th floor but could hear the first floor bar/restaurant (albeit faintly) until they closed. This hotel sacrificed basic amenities in an effort to be hip. Would never come back. There are much better hotels in the same location.

Moxy fits the bill for a certain traveler. Great locations, atmosphere and amenities. It's just not for the seasoned business traveler. That being said, let's talk about the good things about this location! They are 100% guest oriented. Check in is quick and easy. Commissary ("Grab-and-Go") is well stocked with snacks and drinks. "Lobby Coffee" is available. The main focus is the bar and drinks there...which are seasonal and really great! Rooms tend to be small, desks for working in the rooms are typically fold down from the wall or a small tripod table.

Excellent staff, and you get a free drink upon check in. The bar staff was wonderful too. Room was clean and smelled really good upon arrival. Elevator policy is super weird, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Upper floors may have residual noise from the rooftop bar/club but rooms do have sound machines to somewhat drown out the noise.

Moxy Columbus's crew—specifically Aja and Enis—know exactly how to provide an impressionable, top-tier welcome desk service. ?As both new and repeat guests, we were wowed by their ability to make check-in feel less like a formality and more like a fun start to a great stay. ?From accommodating our room requests with a smile to simply giving off positive, fun energy every time we walk by, they set the standard for hospitality. They are efficient, positive, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. ?Thank you, Aja and Enis, you are the absolute BEST at Moxy Columbus!

Rooms are very small. Not much furniture to place items on. We are storing our items on top of a mini fridge. If you want a good night sleep don’t expect it at this hotel. I heard a bass from the bar literally until 2 am. It vibrated through the bed. It was not enjoyable to hear. So unfortunately I did not sleep well. Was on the 8th floor. The location was great for the concert we came into town for. Walking distance about 20 minutes to Kemba live.

Rooms were ridiculously small, and not user friendly whatsoever. I was less than impressed with the customer service and their ability to help me with the needs I had at the time of checking in. I had asked for a luggage cart, since I was on a 2 week working trip, I had quite a bit of personal items I needed to store in my room, rather in my vehicle with the chance of someone breaking in. After all my vehicle was parked offside, since the valet was not anywhere to be found at 12:30 am. Neither was the luggage cart, or the front desk/bartender attendant. I waited 20 minutes outside by my vehicle for her to return with a cart, and I might still be standing there, if I hadn't given up on her and the valet at this point. After 4 trips to my room to unload my belongings, park my vehicle in a very sketchy garage,and settle in to my bed, it was already past 3am. I had a early morning zoom at 6 am., and a on-site meeting at 9am.,after returning to my room at 10:45, I asked if I could get a late checkout, so that I could get a one or two hour nap in before checking out and returning to my road trip, day #9. I was pleasantly told that it would not be problem and I could check out at 2pm. Wonderful, so I thought. Promptly at 11:15, 11:40, 11:55, 12:15 AND AGAIN, at 12:30, I received a knock on my door from room service, and finally from guest services wanting me to vacate the room. SO MUCH FOR THE NAP, OR THE GUEST SERVICES. UNBELIEVABLE! This was absolutely avoidable, if only the employees who claimed to help you actually followed through. This could have actually been a 5 ?Review if customer service existed, instead I chose a 3?, Which really should have been a 1?. I most likely will not return or recommend this "Posh" Hotel in the future, Unfortunately.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is sooo suspicious. I used their valet and the valet agent didn’t ask for my keys when they gave me a pickup ticket so I completely forgot and they had my car towed. When I asked why they didn’t ask the hotel for my contact info they claimed they didn’t know who I was. Soooo suspicious. Then when I spoke to management of both the hotel and valet they said they’d contact me once they knew more but never did. The hotel manager also completely shirked any responsibility since the valet is a managed by a different company despite being in the same building. If that’s not enough for you, the hotel itself is also awful: teeny, tiny rooms, no microwave, no mini fridge, no counter space for anything, the elevators suck, and you don’t even get a comforter! It’s the tiniest quilt that provides no warmth. You get a free drink, that is the worst drink I’ve ever had. I hate this hotel. I’m never staying at a moxy again.

Rooms are unbelievably tiny w no amenities. No closet, coffee maker, fridge etc. Website tells you a queen bed however its a full size mattress. Entire room shakes until 230am from a rooftop club bass that there is NO mention of. We currently have ear buds in and a sounds machine blasting in our face and you can still hear/feel the bass. Our young daughters have a cheer competition in the morning and will be attending as EXHAUSTED. Absolutely ridiculous and every single guess should be notified of this PRIOR to booking. VERY unhappy as a Marriot member.
