Everytime I stay here, the staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and the hotel smells nice. Rock was our room attendant and he made sure the room was spotless on our arrival, not even a stray hair to be found. I will always stay at the Residence Inn when I'm in Columbus.

We came for a couple soccer games and could not be happier at the location of this hotel. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants in Easton. They do give a disclaimer about making sure to remove all belongings from your vehicle but what was really nice is they had a police/security driving around parking lot. They are looking out for their customers! The room was great! We had kitchenette and two bedrooms. Perfect for a family! Very clean! The breakfast was really good too- Aliye & Nakea were attentive to when food ran out and replaced it quickly. There’s a really good spread of food as well! The also promptly cleaned up so everything looked tidy and there was not food everywhere. Definitely would stay again!!

We love staying here. We come here about 2 times a year and really enjoy it. Everything is within walking distance which is great when you’ve been sitting it a car for a long time. Breakfast we always enjoy especially with Nakea! She always spoils our boys with some treats for the road and lays out a good breakfast in the morning. The staff is super kind and makes it a pleasure To stay there.

Residence Inn stay has been a comfortable experience. Room was clean and nice. Staff at the breakfast area were very hospitable. Nayea, the staff at the hotel is good and remembered my preference for oatmeal and served it for breakfast even though it was not in the menu. 5 stars to the service.

The location could not be better. Within walking distance of so many things. Easy access to interstates and getting back into downtown. We had event at fairgrounds and it only took 15 min to get there. Even in winter, we walked to restaurants and stores quickly and easily and didn't have to move car. Rooms are showing some age, but overall very clean. Comfortable beds. We had 6 people in 2 bedrooms suite and it was great. 2 bathrooms allowed people to get ready at their pace. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Will stay here again.

Hotel was easy to get to off the highway. Greeted with an upgraded room which is spacious and clean. Hot shower with lots of pressure. The breakfast provided had lots of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nakea Aliye who went out of his way to provide for my family. I definitely hope to come again. Steve

Nakea and Aliye were fantastic during the breakfast service. Aliye attentive and even cleaned up a spill my three year old made while telling her it was okay. Nakea gave me tips on the area and helped me navigate where we were going and what would be fun to do with the kids. They were both amazing and made our morning!!

What really stood out to me and is probably the most important thing was the staff. From check in to check out everyone was focused on creating a great expereince. My experience with breakfast was by far the highlight. Arseme, Nakea and Shawluan were the best! Talking to them they shared how important the Marriott way is to ensure a great visit.

Comfortable, clean room in a convenient location. Upon arriving, I was given a room that apparently had HVAC issues, but Alonso heard that room number and made sure I was given a different room in full working order. I really appreciated this customer care. Breakfast was comprehensive, with plenty of options. The service staff, Aliye particularly, was helpful keeping food stocked and keeping the dining area clean and orderly. This was my first stay at a Marriott Residence Inn. In the future I will consider reserving rooms at a Residence Inn.

We love Marriott brand! Upon arrival, we noted that the hotel was clean and the front desk lady was welcoming and friendly. There were sugar and chocolate chip cookies wrapped in plastic to enjoy. Check in was quick and easy. The pillows were perfect, the beds were soft, the sheets were high thread count. We always get rested and relaxed here. We came in the winter, so the outside pool and hot tub were closed up. They do have a basketball/sport court (I believe multiple sports could be played on it). The breakfast buffet was very typical of Marietta brand. Variety of options for vegetarian/vegan/meat lovers. The staff on hand (Aliye & Nakea) were friendly and kept the area clean and well stocked with fresh food. Definitely recommend!
