We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott- Columbus Easton during our family reunion. During the morning service at breakfast, Aliye and Nakea greeted us warmly, asked if we needed anything, assisted with every request, and sent us off with a pleasant smile. The breakfast area was clean, neat, and easy to access, and the food was hot, fresh, and promptly replenished. Even during the busy breakfast rush, the staff found ways to assist guests efficiently. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you both for being a part in making our stay memorable.

This is my first time at this location and I don't have any complaints except when checking in I was asked to pay $20/day for residuals and other locations gave me the option to put a card on file for residuals. I'm on a work trip and only am in the room to sleep. No need for residual payment. The breakfast in the morning is the only thing that I made sure to take advantage of. Nakea and Liydia are the best! They are always so kind and helpful. I would definitely book another stay in the future.

Everything was great about this hotel and stay. The afternoon crew made check-in a breeze. Complimentary welcome bag of water and some snacks was a nice treat! Once I got my key, I relaxed in the chilly AC and sparkling clean room. The bed, pillow, and linens felt like brand new and I slept great. In the morning, Nakea and the morning crew made sure we had everything for breakfast. This is a fulllllll breakfast with tons of choices. Again, everything was sparkling clean and looked enticing. All I was looking for was a place to crash next to Easton Hills, but this hotel surprised me in so many little ways. Thank you to the awesome staff!

This property was close to my venue by using Uber. The meals were hot or cold depending on the dish, nice variety & the buffet was replenished by Nakea & Lydia during my stay. The rooms, common areas were clean & quiet. The desk staff/concierge were pleasant & helpful. Check in & out were easy. The difficulty was getting through the phone system to the property. Had to reach out to the 3rd party that booked the air & hotel to get information to reach property. I would stay at this property for business or vacation & bring family or guests. Thank you.

Everytime I stay here, the staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and the hotel smells nice. Rock was our room attendant and he made sure the room was spotless on our arrival, not even a stray hair to be found. I will always stay at the Residence Inn when I'm in Columbus.

We came for a couple soccer games and could not be happier at the location of this hotel. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants in Easton. They do give a disclaimer about making sure to remove all belongings from your vehicle but what was really nice is they had a police/security driving around parking lot. They are looking out for their customers! The room was great! We had kitchenette and two bedrooms. Perfect for a family! Very clean! The breakfast was really good too- Aliye & Nakea were attentive to when food ran out and replaced it quickly. There’s a really good spread of food as well! The also promptly cleaned up so everything looked tidy and there was not food everywhere. Definitely would stay again!!

We love staying here. We come here about 2 times a year and really enjoy it. Everything is within walking distance which is great when you’ve been sitting it a car for a long time. Breakfast we always enjoy especially with Nakea! She always spoils our boys with some treats for the road and lays out a good breakfast in the morning. The staff is super kind and makes it a pleasure To stay there.

Residence Inn stay has been a comfortable experience. Room was clean and nice. Staff at the breakfast area were very hospitable. Nayea, the staff at the hotel is good and remembered my preference for oatmeal and served it for breakfast even though it was not in the menu. 5 stars to the service.

The location could not be better. Within walking distance of so many things. Easy access to interstates and getting back into downtown. We had event at fairgrounds and it only took 15 min to get there. Even in winter, we walked to restaurants and stores quickly and easily and didn't have to move car. Rooms are showing some age, but overall very clean. Comfortable beds. We had 6 people in 2 bedrooms suite and it was great. 2 bathrooms allowed people to get ready at their pace. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Will stay here again.

Hotel was easy to get to off the highway. Greeted with an upgraded room which is spacious and clean. Hot shower with lots of pressure. The breakfast provided had lots of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nakea Aliye who went out of his way to provide for my family. I definitely hope to come again. Steve
