Very clean, rooms are large and great breakfast options. Great location , perfect place to take a stroll through town . Plenty of shaded areas to relax and enjoy. Our kids had a great time at the pool. We strongly suggest this place for leisure or business. Love it!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Columbus OSU Hyatt. The room was very clean, quiet, and the bathroom was fully functional. The heating and air conditioning worked flawlessly—which isn’t always the case at many hotels—so that was a big plus. A couple of minor notes: the TVs could use an update, and while the shower pressure wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t the best I’ve experienced. The bathrooms also don’t have fans, which is worth noting, although the mirrors and sinks are located outside the shower area, which helps with convenience. Customer service was excellent—staff were very friendly and accommodating whenever we needed anything (based on availability). Breakfast was solid and included the basics: coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, French toast, potatoes, and juice. Nothing extravagant, but definitely good. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Very nice rooms! I’m extremely picky about rooms, smells, bells and what not. Showers were powerful with a good temp. Tv is big and clear. Everything is clean. Beds are nice! Couch was nice. Hallways were quiet. Breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is the pub next door… 2am we were suddenly woken by someone very angry and yelling profanity and aggression … fight broke out… a girl was screaming. With the way this world is… my family woke up scared till we had an idea of what was going on… otherwise we felt safe comfortable and relaxed.

We worked with Andreas Baxter to secure a room block for our out of town wedding guests and he was nothing but helpful and responsive. He checked in frequently, and helped us keep an eye on our block in case we needed to add more rooms. The rooms at the hotel were very clean and nice. Location is prime and in walking distance to many local spots in Grandview Yard. Great experience and would recommend for your individual or group needs!

We stayed at the Hyatt Columbus OSU this past weekend for the Arnold Sports Festival and we had a great experience. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. There was also a shuttle running back and forth to the expo and it was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here for any events at the convention center.

The Hyatt Place was only 2 minutes from where we were moving my gf daughter. Parking lot was very crowded but we were able to find a place. Check in was easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The only odd thing was the sink was outside the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and ran till 11.

The staff was amazing. While checking in, an employee overheard our struggles with parking at an event we were attending for the weekend. She made a point to catch up with us to share info about the free shuttle the hotel offers for guests! It made our weekend so much easier and eliminated stress of getting through the construction, paying for parking and walking forever to get to the event. Room was perfect. Quiet at night. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating available. Checkout at noon gave us plenty of time relax over breakfast and not have to rush. This will be our go to place for sure.

I had a wonderful stay here while attending a leadership training in Ohio. Mr. Adam, the receptionists, transportation team, and the rest of the team were fantastic. All of them were amazing hosts. Thank you for welcoming me to Columbus.

Stayed over New Years from Northern VA. Grandview area has definitely grown since I was here last. Nice location for the hotel and a large parking lot directly across. Few shops and spots to eat and drink within walking distance. Lobby was very clean considering how much salt and snow was being tracked in. Traveled with a service animal and had no issues! Only complained was that the bathroom door has about two inches of clearance from the toilet seat, so you almost have to stand behind the toilet to get in and out of the bathroom. I even forgot my toothbrush and they had one at the front desk. I felt safe in the area and do did my girlfriend walking the dog.

We visited for OSU December graduation and it was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend. Service was WONDERFUL, the hotel clean and the rooms spacious. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay (especially with a group) in Columbus for an OSU visit.
