The front desk workers were wonderful! With that said I stayed here three times for work. The first time was fine. The second time I stayed here the toilet would not flush. The third time my room had cockroaches. ? I would not stay here again. ???????????????????

I booked this hotel for two nights during the Ohio Beef Expo and had an absolutely horrible experience. After driving 2½ hours with my family—including our 10-year-old child, 8-year-old child and 3-month-old baby—we arrived late, checked in, left briefly for food, and came back to find cockroaches crawling in our bedroom. Not one… two that I personally saw. I was disgusted and immediately went to the front desk. I was visibly upset and asked for a refund. The only thing offered to me was to switch rooms—as if moving down the hall somehow fixes a roach problem. If there are roaches visible in one room, everyone knows there are more. I was literally in tears and begging for a refund because I did not feel comfortable keeping my children, especially my infant, in that hotel. I was told to contact the manager the next morning. I then spent days trying to get ahold of management. Almost two weeks later, I finally reached the manager, who told me I would be refunded. That refund never happened. To make matters worse, after I provided photo proof of the cockroaches in the room, I was basically treated like I was lying. The bugs were disgusting, but honestly the way this hotel handled it was worse. No accountability, no urgency, empty promises, and terrible customer service from beginning to end. Charging guests to stay in bug-infested rooms and then refusing to make it right afterward is unacceptable. I would absolutely never stay here again and would strongly warn anyone—especially families with children—not to book here.

Rooms are dated and the front desk people are stand offish. Beds are on the hard side. The first night the pool was worm and not really that bad. The next day the pool was cold, the filter was NOT running and there gum on the bottom of the pool as well as the floor drain, in the pool, had "something brown and fury" growing all over it.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel! The room when we walked in didn't even smell clean. The\nMan at the front desk smelled like he hadn't showered, use deodorant in over a month.He was not very well taken care of. The people above me was up all night.I was awake all night long.Because the people above me were up stomping around. I didn't even eat the breakfast. The only thing good about this hotel is that it was in Polaris, right Where everything was. I booked For the 26th in the 27th by accident, they would not refund my money.So I have paid over two hundred dollars towards this hotel , and they have been by far the one of the worst hotels that I have stayed at! I definitely will be choosing Hilton garden.The next time. Whatever you do do not stay here. Especially if you like cleanliness

Older hotel that has seen better days. Parking was a joke between incomplete snow removal, large trucks, and vehicles with trailers taking multiple spaces on a Saturday night. We had to park at KTB next door. Room showed its age also. HVAC was very hard to adjust - hot or cold no in between. Sheets and bedding appeared old and had a very rough feel. Breakfast was another adventure. Bananas that should have been used for baking and no regular juice machine- see pics. They did have some basics which were just ok. Cheap place that is better than nothing but there must be better choices in area.

Had a really nice stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and easy, and the staff was great. Specially David—he was super helpful and made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

All I want to say right now is that Melissa ROCKS!!! We called there to ask questions about coming there soon. She was very customer service friendly, She went above and beyond to answer our questions for us. Thank you Melissa so much.

Recently stayed for the weekend, and ended up wishing we paid a little more for something else in the area. Stains in the room including on the curtains. Our first room had no working heat when we got there (25 degrees outside, 55 degrees inside the room). We eventually had to switch rooms after unpacking. During our two-day stay the rooms keys stopped working twice. At breakfast, their normal coffee machine was broken and the temporary large pot they had out was empty. Either the apple juice or orange juice would be empty depending on the day. Really stale/hard biscuits. It was a somewhat quiet location to sleep and close to the highway, only 15 minutes to downtown. The staff was really pleasant.

Very nice, clean hotel. Kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast. Service was wonderful. Our room A/C was broken but we were able to open the windows so we didn't bother asking for a different room. The curtains over the window were stained and definitely need replaced, but overall it was exactly what we needed. An inexpensive hotel with an indoor pool and free breakfast!

Jennifer at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I booked a king bed instead of two queens and she allowed me to switch right away. The lobby smelled amazing, top notch service!
