The pool was nasty not working, stains on bed covers, got a room where you could smoke but no ashtrays where provided and one little bar of soap but no shampoo or conditioner. Bathroom door handle was broke and tolit kept running. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel was inexpensive compared to others in the area, so I had low expectations. Even so, basic room access shouldn't be an issue. We never were able to get a working key card during our stay. Staff tried to reprogram the keys three times, but could not get them to work. We were told we would need to go to the lobby to have a staff member let us in to our room each time we left. Unless you want to visit the lobby every time you need to unlock your door, stay somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting! $160 for one night of gross, smelly and filthy accommodation. I had to go and purchase cleaning items just to use the bathroom. The worst experience ever in a national chain hotel. Simply unbelievable. It will never happen again! The owners here should be embarrassed.

Room was dirty and the fridge unplugged and leaking water all night all over the floor. Management was aware. The worst part was the when taking a shower. There was not a way to get a normal temp. It was either scalding hot or absolutely freezing. I had 2 rooms for my family and both were lile that. I have stayed before and never had a problem. I don't think I will ever stay again.

There was no room service. Our towels were dirty from the get go and our mini fridge did not work. I went to the front desk and let the employee know. He gave me fresh towels, but nothing was done about the fridge. After using the same towels for 3 days and our garbage overflowing, I went to the front desk and complained. They finally sent housekeeping up. I got up in the middle of night to use the restroom, and killed a cockroach. The tub was dirty with hairs and spiders. Also the top ledge of the shower wall had dirt built up. It was reasonably priced, but it wasn't worth it because of the dirt and bugs.

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I booked a room to stay here on March 30th, because it was close to the facility I'm working, It had a microwave & fridge in the room (other places nearby did not) -The pictures online does not match what this place look like. -The 1st room I got the key to was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I Notified the guy at the front desk and he switch me to a different room. -The second room still smelled like cigarettes, the shower barely had hot water (it was like warm) and the microwave & fridge was not the cleanest. Only stayed because I was too tired to look for another room so I went to local store purchased room spray, and disinfectant spray to spray the room down. You get what you pay for... so don't expect much at a Motel.

Was told my deposit would be back in 2-4 business days. That was 2 weeks ago. Stay was ok bur stuff was broken and other stuff not working properly. Like bathroom lock was broken out of the bathroom door and there was no hot water, but nothing major.

My husband found a king bed available around 6 or 7pm. I called to make sure they had the room available that I wanted. He gave my husband the key- the room had two full twins. While the bed we wanted was still available. There was leftover hair in the shower. Not enough towels. Even though we were sharing a bed, one of the beds had sticky stuff all over it. Like the sheets weren’t even changed. The beds were only made.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is close to everything. Unfortunately, there was a lot left to be desired beyond that. My room's bathroom was not clean, the wifi did not work, and the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The first key they gave me also did not work. I will say, however, I did not experience the obnoxious noise others have mentioned, but I did use the room's constant fan to drown out what was audible through the thin walls. I have medical procedures nearby often, but I do not think I will return to this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I've been in. I book for 3 days. It took 20 mins to get someone to the front desk. The room reaked if bleach or other chemicals. Being in there for 10 mins burned our eyes and make me feel sick. I left, willing to lose out on my 350$ in order to find reasonable place to sleep.
