My husband and I stayed here for a business. We were very impressed from check in to check out. Hotel clean, cozy, well-lit, stylish, and peaceful. Room was beautiful, especially the bathroom, positively breathtaking. Bed was comfortable. Bedding smelled crisp through the duration of our stay. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. We couldn't regulate the temperature in room so I asked for additional blankets. A few moments later, my request was right at my door. Blankets were still warm and fresh! Solved the issue LOL. The barn door as an entrance to the bathroom...very unique design. The view of the water fountain that also changes color at night, also a plus!

The hotel was clean, beautiful and the staff was very friendly. There was such a fun vibe in the common area. It's hard to find a fun hotel anymore with dining, bar and a place to hang out. Our entire group had a great stay. We are back in the area next weekend and I wish we would have booked at The Renaissance again. .

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as my top choice in Columbus for any future visits. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by an incredibly friendly and dedicated staff, making you feel right at home. The dining options are outstanding, offering a delicious array of both food and beverages that consistently exceed expectations. What's particularly impressive is the hotel's ongoing commitment to enhancements and upgrades, even though it's already a relatively new establishment, demonstrating a clear dedication to providing a top-tier experience. I must also give a special shout-out to Jordan, whose exceptional service and positive attitude always make interactions a genuine pleasure!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly, and the accommodations felt both clean and new. The room was very spacious, and I really liked the layout -- my daughter and I were in the area for a college visit, and we never felt "on top of each other" the way you can feel in some hotels. The bar was also great and had live entertainment that provided some nice ambiance rather than being too loud or too much. I also give a thumbs up to the Executive Lounge with its selection of coffees, drinks, and snacks. I would recommend this place to anyone. A wonderful experience!

Beautiful Suburban Hotel and excellent service and staff. The front desk team was amazing and greeted us by name every time we walked through. Hotel is very clean, comfortable, quiet and well maintained. My kids also loved the pool, fitness center, room and breakfast!

The good: The first thing I noticed when I walked through the door was cleanliness. Best-smelling hotel l've ever stayed in. Not a smell like they're trying to cover something, it just smelled fresh and clean. The staff was very nice. Enjoyed a banger Philly Cheesesteak on a gluten free bun. Fantastic! The room decor is nautical, which I'm a fan of. Comfy bed, clean sheets, crazy neat bathroom setup. Wish mine looked like that! The not so good: I would concur that the walls are indeed thin. Thankfully, I visited on a Tuesday-Wednesday, so there wasn't a great deal of party noise. But I could definitely hear folks talking in the room next to me. Finally, a little before 9 AM, I received a knock on my door with no announcement of who was there. Then, my door opened. Thankfully I had the safety lock activated so they couldn't come in. They'd have gotten rather an unpleasant surprise if they'd seen this old body. Why does Marriott brand do this? I had appointments in Westerville and didn't need to leave until about 10:30. If checkout is at 11, leave me alone. The mobile app also notifies the hotel when someone checks out, so why the aggressive wake up call? Terrible invasion of personal space and privacy. I'm a gold member, and would've been well within my privileges to request a late checkout. I just didn't need one. All I wanted was sleep and privacy, and that wasn't honored. This is a major concern, and it greatly affects my rating despite the other positives the hotel has to offer. Privacy and safety are paramount. They offered me a 5,000 point credit to my Bonvoy account when I spent over 45,000. Kind of a slap in the face honestly. Still working with them on that.

I can’t say enough good things about the Renaissance Westerville–Polaris. We recently hosted a multi-day marketing summit here, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. The staff was consistently kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. The AV technician went above and beyond—patient, responsive, and fully committed to making sure everything ran smoothly, even when we needed last-minute troubleshooting. The food throughout our stay was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and made long days of meetings much easier. What truly stood out, though, was the care shown when one of our colleagues became ill. The team acted quickly and calmly to get paramedics onsite, and their professionalism and compassion in that moment meant a great deal to us. We felt genuinely taken care of throughout our stay.

This hotel offers exceptional accommodations—from outstanding food and modern workout facilities to spacious, well-appointed rooms and superior customer service. Every aspect of the experience felt truly five-star. I especially appreciated the secluded, quiet lounge area, which provided the perfect environment to work when needed. The rooms were spacious and equipped with up-to-date appliances, adding to the overall comfort. The customer service was excellent; staff were welcoming, responsive, and attentive, ensuring all needs were met promptly. Given the quality of service and accommodations, the pricing was an exceptional value. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely one of the best hotels in town. All of my needs were met but clearly if I needed something it would have been made available to me I will definitely be back. I attended a New Year's Eve event there. There's no pictures of the hotel just my pretty face LOL
