This hotel presents a stark dichotomy between its ideal location near an airport and reliable staff, and the generally poor condition of its facilities. Guests consistently criticize the interior for being dated, dirty, and in disrepair.

The manager was rude to me from the beginning I stayed two weeks. I had watch my aunts dog for 3 days due to an emergency. A death and he was rude about it. I let them know I was going to be late checking out due to not getting off work on time they said no problem. Told me everything was ok about the dog just making sure my room was ok they cleaned it to make sure. They said that everything was fine. I would get my deposit back. But the manager who has been rude to me. Took it back said he told me he was changing me for the dog for 3 days when he in fact said he wasn’t going too.

Room was fairly clean. The security latch for the door was busted as if someone had kicked in the door at one point. The bathtub was cracked, dirty towel left in the bathroom hanging on the back of the door, the room was humid even with the a/c on. The curtains were falling off the curtain rod for the windows. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs, tater tots, and sausage were cold. The eating ate wasn't clean or presentable. They were under construction but the items stacked in the corner of the breakfast area could have been put away and out of sight. You cant bring food back to your room without paying a $25 convenience fee...? The pool closes at 9pm, most places you have until 10 or 11pm. Overall I was disappointed in the stay. Probably won't be back. When you pay for anything, regardless of the price, certain expectations should be met.

Room was a total disaster. The mattress was brown, there were dirty handprints smeared down the walls, the faucet was so corroded that I was afraid to turn it on, there were someone else’s eyelashes from the stay before us… we got out in a new room. It was a little cleaner but not much. The sink DID NOT WORK… it was a nightmare. I’ll never stay here again

Checked out around 930, as of 12 pm still haven't received my deposit of 50$ called about it and was told the housekeeping is still working. The beds are hard. The rooms looked nothing like advertised online. The pool is open til 9 and it's the size of a small pond wouldn't really call it a pool at all but the water is really cold and the temperature of the pool room was also cold so we decided not to swim after feeling how cold the water was. The place advertises free wifi but I used our last name and room number and was not able to access the wifi at all. Our room had no rags, when asking for rags we were handed two and we have 5 people ?! Once my husband started complaining they bring more rags thankfully. The rooms looked like a cheap motel, the bathroom tub drain looked gross, They have signs saying if u decide to eat in ur room a fee of 25$ for eating in ur room will be applied to ur bill. It was 108$ for a two bed standard room and 50$ deposit which I still haven't received yet so we will see I told my husband I have a feeling they try keeping peoples deposits and unless something changes it seems like I was correct. My opinion it was a awful and stressful stay, if u want a budget motel go elsewhere cause this place is overpriced, and needs a lot of work to be considered even a decent place to stay The window in our room is litterally taped together. There is drywall putty or something all over the walls I guess from cheaply patching holes ?! Dirt up and down the stairs. Breakfast was awful even if it was "free" or "complementary " it wasn't very good ended up going and eating elsewhere .

Honestly not bad, not sure if they updated everything but my room was cleaner than most hotels and it had a half decent breakfast and pool

We got a room with the jacuzzi in it.. This time the room was amazing, very big with a balcony that overlooked the indoor pool.. Apparently they have a few rooms with jacuzzi tubs in them, but the ones overlooking the pool are definitely much bigger and nicer then the regular rooms without the balcony... The staff is always very helpful, and polite...

DO NOT STAY HERE it’s not worth it. The outside appearance is nice. The hotel on the inside is very dated and old furniture. My room was horrible, look at the pictures. The paint was peeling, the walls were cracked, the shower head and along the top of the tub had black mold, inside the tub it looked like they had never cleaned it so it was stained. The carpet was torn, the faucet in the tub and sink was old. The only good part about the stay was the Dove soap. ? You asked why I stayed because it was pouring rain, visibility was zero and the airport was within walking distance. BEWARE

Hallway was extremely dirty. Went to check out ice machine in evening and there was a pile of blankets stacked in corner. Room itself had a deadbolt that wasn't lined up correctly, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, and air unit that smelled awful. Tub and floor in bath was dirty as well. Update***woke at 3am to use the restroom and found a large cockroach crawling on the wall. No discount, no refund, and now we are sleeping in the truck.

This place was the most disgusting place I've ever gone to first room. They put me in, had no running water. The room stunk, the uh sheets and yes, lamp covers had blood on them. The second room they put me in smelled. Like sewage, the drains would not drain. It was the most nastiest place in the entire. World i will never go back. And I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. And for whoever is the person who's in charge of hotels, this place is disgusting. Do not go there

This hotel should not cost as much as it does. The location near the Rickenbacker Airport is the only reason to even consider staying there. The hotel manager was courteous. That is where the good parts of this hotel end. The hotel room had furniture that was so old the fabric had worn through to the wood frame. The wallpaper was split and worn. The lamps were missing shades and lightbulbs. The carpet was dirty and thread-bare. The smell throughout the hotel was of strong curry, body order, and marijuana. The room smelled of mildew. I stayed here with my family for one night so we could attend the Columbus Air Show on 23 August 2025. That was the only reason I did not decide to leave immediately once I saw the condition of the room. I will not stay here again, EVER. And I will strongly discourage ANYONE from staying at this hotel.
