My room was probably the cleanest I’ve experienced in a very long time! I usually find a hair or two from previous guests (especially in the bathroom but couldn’t readily see any shortcomings. I am a low maintenance guest and always leave my room tidy but truly appreciate feeling well-cared for by staff at the front desk, room attendant and their automated customer-care. I ordered takeout from the Gallerie Bistro and the food was delicious twice—the first time it was Brussels sprouts; the second time was Korean BBQ wings with blue cheese dipping sauce (with REAL blue cheese). Note: I took mostly videos or else I would have added more photos ?

Huge hotel in a great location. Walking distance to everything you need. Service was great. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Just make sure you have a room that has exterior facing windows. Shower pressure was good, WiFi was solid, bars are good.

My room was literally amazing! ?? The location was so perfect and close to absolutely everything, I couldn't even fit in all the things I wanted to do during my short little stay! And I went to The Botanist too and it was seriously such a gorgeous vibe! ?

The moment we arrived, the hotel delivered an atmosphere that felt both urbane and genuinely welcoming. Every detail of the stay elevated the event and helped make the entire experience feel magical. The food was delicious, the service was consistently attentive and professional, and the overall ambiance was sophisticated without ever feeling pretentious. What impressed us most was how effortlessly the staff handled such a large event while still making guests feel personally cared for. After three days here, we left genuinely in awe of the hospitality we experienced. A truly delightful stay, and one we’ll remember very fondly.

I’m so pleased with this place. The room was genuinely clean. It’s a very large hotel with lots to offer. Several restaurants, we tried the FYR steakhouse and it was really good. All of the staff, from the valet to the front desk and restaurants are all very friendly. We went to a concert at Kemba Live and it was a short 10 min walk. Felt safe enough with all of the other people walking the same area.

I thought the Hilton Columbus hotel was fantastic --- and I was in and out of the hotel for 3 days -- just for dinner! Not only was interior absolutely stunning, but the service I received was outstanding. I had a great experience because of the service. Location was super important. I highly recommend staying here. Plus, it's within walking distance of everything and a lot of great downtown neighborhoods. It’s a really incredible space --- top notch for huge crowds for the Arnold Expo.

I wasn’t staying at this specific hotel. I was here for the vet conference and we had a happy hour at the Sparks bar and me and my coworker enjoyed it so much we came back the next night just to see the staff. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to do something extra for us. This is the best experience we both have ever had at a bar and wish we lived closer so we could come more often just for the service and great conversations with every bartender there. Thank you guys so much for making us feel special.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. Rooms are super clean, everything is in perfect working condition, the rooms are modern and look very new or well maintained. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. The front desk associate stopped my check-in process and went into a perfectly detailed answer to my question about restaurant recommendations. She went above and beyond.

Excellent customer service. This hotel sets the tone for a wonderful day relaxing or exploring. It also sets the tone for bonding with friends and family. People were everywhere and yet I personally didn't hear one person complain about the hotel or its service. Many faces were smiling. I want to personally acknowledge Tiffany and Benny for great service.
