5 Stars for Dakota at the front desk!!! We are Hilton Rewards members so we intended on staying at the Hilton next-door. Their app said they had eight rooms available. My young son, dog and myself had just drove 10 hours only to walk through the door of the Hilton and be greeted with a big frown and rude woman at the front desk. We then came next door to Laquita and Dakota greeted us with a smile the second we walked through the door. She was beyond helpful and accommodating. We passed through the lobby several times throughout the evening, and she spoke to us every time and even offered to get my son a snack.. The rooms are newly renovated, clean and parking was great! I highly recommend this Location!

Surprise fire alarm activation four times for “testing” purposes. They were installing fire alarms on the first floor and decided that they needed to test the fire alarms **in every single room in the ENTIRE HOTEL** not once, but FOUR TIMES starting at 11:30am!! And they did NOT warn any guests they would be doing this beforehand. You could’ve at least sent out a mass text to all guests’ phone numbers the night before to let us know when and why this would be happening. Half the hotel had to rush out of their rooms down to the front desk to figure out what was going on and if we had to evacuate the hotel. Other than that, the rooms are very clean, and the stay has otherwise been fine… so far…

Newly renovated rooms on 3rd floor were spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was mediocre. I definitely enjoyed my room and plan to come back. Thank you to the front desk staff for opening my wine bottle for me!! Highly recommend!!!

I love this little place. We visit a daughter near the Columbus OH area when staying. We really are not in the room much and find it suits our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is definitely better than most. Lots to choose from. They are remodeling and soon to be a Marriott. My Wyndham rewards will not be honored. sadly. Great job tho.

Very nicely surprised! They are going through a refresh and this is one of the best refreshes I have seen in any hotel. Give the contractor a bonus. The room is so pretty, the bathroom is top of the line and so clean. This is the first time I have ever left a tip for the room service, but I was astonished at the attention to detail. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Gotta turn the heat down or the room can be a little sticky at night, besides that the room and bathroom was nice. The front desk lady was cool helpful. The breakfast was good and eating area was clean.

Room was a little outdated, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was nice and Sharon, the lady setting it up, was so very nice. Located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants around. We have stayed there a few times, and never disappointed. Recommend

Overall I had a great experience. Rooms were clean, Sharon from the breakfast area was soooo friendly and welcoming. She sparked up conversation and was a joy to speak to during dining time. Thank you Sharon! I stayed right by the elevator so it was not so quiet but room was great for the price.

Booked this hotel for convenience and the reviews weren't bad. We only planned on staying one night, as we are traveling for the holidays, I checked the beds before anything. Seemed okay, there were rips in the carpet, and when we woke up there was a BED BUG on my kids bed. I sure hope none got into our luggage and hope we're not taking any with us ?. Will not be staying again due to this. Gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

La Quinta claims to be a smoke free hotel but it is clear that it was once a smoking hotel. As soon as we stepped off the elevators on the 2nd floor, the air smelled funky. When we entered our room, I immediately got a headache & felt sick the air was so thick with the smell of smoke. I asked the front desk audit person if there was anything she could do. She eventually switched us to a first floor room but with a queen. We were so tired that we didn't complain & went to sleep. The room that we were put in had this huge tall jacuzzi. We weren't expecting that & had a good laugh at needing help to get over the high tub wall to take a shower
