This hotel is conveniently connected to both the convention center and a food court, making it an excellent choice for anyone attending events or conferences. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, while the bathroom was fairly average but functional. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. The main downside was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seemed quite thin, and I could clearly hear my neighbors talking loudly for about two hours after midnight. It was frustrating and made it difficult to relax and fall asleep. Thankfully, they eventually quieted down. Overall, the convenient location and pleasant staff made for a good stay, but better noise insulation would significantly improve the guest experience.

Nothing short of spectacular!! Beautiful the hotel is massive! We were on the 19th floor and our view was amazing. Room service everyday they would come in and literally make the bed and the blanket that I brought with me would be on the top spread out over top of their bedspread. They have a Keurig machine in the room they have a refrigerator in the room separate bathroom bathtub shower It was just? I've never been to a fancier hotel in Ohio. And the price you couldn't beat it! All the staff was professional, clear description, very friendly and proper.

It is very rare I give an all 5-star review, but I must share my feedback about my recent experience. I was just at the Hyatt for 2 days attending a conference and was pretty impressed by legitimately everyone I encountered. I had interactions with valet, bellhops, front desk, bar staff, market staff, and multiple staff apart of the lunch and breakfast service for the conference. Each and every person was professional, polite, had a smile, and did a great job providing top knotch customer service. We had about 700+ people attending our conference and we were served lunch faster than 95% of restaurants anywhere around! & the food was SO GOOD! Shout out to the chef, because the food was top tier ??! Rooms were very clean, beds soft, and the location was in a great area. I will 100% be returning to this hotel in the future. Great job, Hyatt! Its been a while since I was this impressed with a hotel stay and from a customer service perspective there was congruency across the board! ? Well done! ??????????

I just spent four nights at this property for a large event and it went beautifully. The staff here was completely friendly and provided such swift service no matter the need. The rooms were nicely proportioned with a quiet HVAC unit. The conference rooms and ballrooms were well maintained and spacious. I'm glad the event went so well and I hope to be back next year!

Best customer service I have experienced in many years. The staff for the Arnold Expo was top notch...and everywhere...doing everything! Held doors, make sure to keep a steady flow of hot coffee for breakfast. Stayed personable and friendly through every interaction and even allowed us to give feed back on some possible new drinks they would be offering in their Starbucks station on the second floor. The hotel was beautiful, great location and clearly well staffed. Thanks for a great stay

Rooms are nice. Very large, busy hotel. As a light sleeper, I usually have problems sleeping in hotels. Unfortunately we stayed in a room near the elevator shafts (there was a room between us and the elevators.... no clue how they could stand it) so it sounded like we were under a roller-coaster. Because it is such a large hotel, the elevator get a lot of use. Just request a room away from the elevators and you will be good.

Stayed here for Blue Jackets game. Can't beat the location - so close to Arena! Used reward night with points. The room was very nice and clean. King bed, little sofa with tables and a large TV. Lobby area is so spacious. Will definitely come back and hopefully use more amenities like the awesome-looking fitness area and hot tub.

Always a great experience with Hyatt. The staff working logistics moving meeting rooms and setting up meals were very helpful above all. It’s time we give them some love. Very professional staff and on the fly problems solvers. Managers give them some props they deserve it. For what I can see they work hard for your Hotel guest. Loved my experience with them.

I was staying here for a conference. The ease of parking and access to the convention center is so nice. The room was clean and super comfortable with a fantastic view of the Nationwide Arena district. It appeared to be newly remodeled and was very quiet. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the 2nd floor bar. Fantastic stay and I will be back again.

Rooms where clean, beds were on soft side, pillows were very soft. I enjoyed the bed, wife wasnt as comfortable. Great view out windows.
