Since I travel a little a bit for work, I get to stay in many of different hotels. The embassy suites in Dublin has been by far the best hotel. I have had the opportunity to stay at. The inside of the hotel is amazing. It’s got a big open floor concept with a bar restaurant which is fairly priced and the food was very good. The bartenders were extremely nice and welcoming. The Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very clean. There was two TVs one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. The bathroom was a very nice size bathroom and it had one of those magnifying Extendo mirrors in it. I cannot comment on the pool area because I did not go there, but the gym is OK It has treadmills and elliptical some free weights and a cable machine, unfortunately the freeways only go up to 50 pounds. So if you want to lift heavier than that, you have to drive two minutes down the road To Metro Fitness. Metro Fitness is a very nice older gym. I got a weeks pass for $30 which I felt was very fairly priced. Breakfast was served in a buffet style With scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey, sausage, potatoes. It had a huge selection of food. It also had a place to get freshly made omelettes. I do wish that when I checked in the front desk, people had more information about Area. I did ask about a local Jim and they said google it. Overall, I definitely would recommend the embassy suites in Dublin Ohio.

This hotel is average. At check-in Bray was awesome, gave a great welcome. We got a bright corner room with some minor annoyances. The TV doesn’t have any smart apps like Netflix or YouTube and shows movie channels like HBO and Showtime but there’s “no signal” on those channels. Both remotes have buttons that don’t work and one had some kind of crusty white stuff on it as seen in pic. When I see stuff like this I wonder how detailed they get when they clean the room. The room wasn’t exactly cool last night, the AC doesn’t work very well. The bed was ok, the sheets didn’t feel very soft. Probably average for a mid teir hotel. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel near a great area.

I booked this place because it offered room service and still had handicapped accessibility. The "accessibile" room was on the top floor farthest from the hotel restaurant and entrance. I called to order room service as it was advertised only to be told they don't have the staff to deliver so a guest with physical limitations must now trek from the 8th floor through a lobby on a bad leg just to get supper. It hurt.This is clearly a management/staffing problem yet the amenity I chose the place for was unavailable. As pricey as the rooms can be, I expected much better and have already cancelled my reservations for Embassy Suites on another trip. If I wanted bare minimum amenities, I'd have gone to Red Roof.

The hotel itself was clean, attractive, and the complimentary breakfast was very good, which is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by poor customer service and a lack of follow-through. The refrigerator in our room didn't cool our food. We were told it had been replaced, but it clearly hadn't, as it still didn't work. We also requested sheets for the pull-out sofa bed. The front desk assured us someone would bring them, but no one ever did. Eight hours later, we still didn't have bedding, making the pull-out bed unusable. Every time we called to follow up, we were repeatedly placed on hold without getting a resolution. To top it off, our room was stocked with only three towels and one washcloth for a party of four. The property itself has a lot of potential, but customer service and responding to guest concerns fell far below expectations. A nice hotel can't make up for basic needs being ignored.

Great rooms, great staff, great meals, great bartenders, the facility is excellent - and Scotty runs things SO smoothly. Everyone is courteous and helpful, and everything was always clean and fresh. We were there for a conference (at the facility), and it ran perfectly. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the staff. The location was minutes from the historic downtown, and barely over 20 mins from the Columbus airport.

I visited this Embassy Suites for a conference today. During our morning session, the power went out. It was a wide area issue. The hotel staff was on it quickly. They converted their atrium table seating area into a makeshift conference space for our 119 attendees. They even found a battery-powered speaker for us to use. The power came back on at 11:30 and by 12:30 our hot lunch was ready to serve. Great job!

Rooms face the interior with a window into the open halls. There were several school groups that showed up who thought it was hilarious to run down the hallways and being loud. The atrium center echoed a bit, further magnifying the noise. Booked 2 rooms and called to get assigned, interconnected rooms for my family visit weeks prior to arrival. When we arrived, I got there before my sister's family and checked in as planned. When she arrived 2 hrs later, they had given her room to one of the school groups that arrived. We ended up on far apart floors and the elevators were slow, so because of lack of convenience, we didn't get to spend as much time altogether like we had planned. Our room had a few issues - the ac didn't work consistently and maintenance had to be called. The bar area sink faucet sprayed water everywhere. The bar to the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling. The tub and tile surround were gross. The tub was peeling, the tile was moldy, it was gross.

As like other things these days Embassy Suites has lost the quality high standard it once had for hotel stays....not just one particular one but I have stayed at about 10 different ones across the country and they have all declined from what they used to be...Right now I am in Dublin, Ohio....I just killed some flying insect and a few ants....I dont want to move rooms because it will be the same or worse. And look at these curtains ...somebody's dog or kid(s) had to do this but the staff apparently has no care because it hasn't been replaced and this didn't happen 10minutes ago.

Great staff, easy check in, great restaurant on site, and beautiful hotel. The only downside was that it was too noisy there because of families staying there for a gymnastics competition. Most of the parents let their children run around the hotel, play in the hallways late into the evening, and were not considerate of any of the other guests there that were not in their group.

This is a great place to stay and enjoy your time. The food was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The front desk had friendly staff. Will come back for a place of comfort.
