I called to book a reservation for my husband, a quick one night stay. First off I was pressured into making the reservation via text message. After a long hold, finally spoke to a representative, who was polite, however after he put me on hold to book the reservation for 10 minutes, and our call was disconnected. I called right back and the rate instantly went up in price because the room now wasn't available. How?? So through each hold after telling me the room was available he would come back and say actually its not. So we went from $208, $246, $305 and finally $350. I canceled the room and will be going else where. Unless you are a member be prepared to get the run around. Can we just get fair customer service without having to be a member of everything!! Ughhhh...

We have stayed at this property a couple of times as we have a student at OSU. And I want to start with the pros: the front desk / reservations team are kind and very accommodating! I am thankful to them for assisting us the best they could during our stay. The location is nice & safe and the hotel overall is nice. This trip, however, we were left very disappointed by the housekeeping team. There’s no other words to describe the situations other than pure laziness. Despite initially tipping daily, our housekeeping team didn’t clear our garbage once during our 5 day stay (see photos), didn’t wipe down any surfaces in our room day to day, and lacked an overall tidiness / cleanliness that I’d expect at a 4 star Marriott property. The biggest disappointment though was when our toilet had issues and ended up spilling / leaking all over our bathroom floor. Maintenance and engineering were on it and had the issue fixed immediately (pro!), however the cleanup afterwards was abysmal despite requesting 3 separate cleans. You’ll see in the photos that toilet water was left on the floor and dirty toilet paper was pushed into a corner (again, never cleaned after requesting a reclean three separate times). We ended up laying down towels on the floor for the duration of the trip because we were so grossed out.

Incredible customer service with specialized care to suit any of your possible needs. Pleasant rooms with a modern, sleek atmosphere which elevates the experience drastically. Well kept and maintained with a diverse food and beverage selection. A great experience overall for my track team.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was fast and great quality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect — the entire area was clean, well lit, and felt very safe. We especially appreciated the visible security throughout the property, which gave us extra peace of mind during our trip. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Had to stop here on our way back from Kansas City unfortunately. Parking lot was full on a Wednesday afternoon due to conferences, had to park far from entrance. The housekeeping is very lazy. We saw that we had a previous guest's dirty sheets on the bed, hair and filth all over the bathroom in shower, etc. We had to request fresh CLEAN sheets and that took them over an hour to bring us smh. Very noisy with kids running around and grown people slamming doors. Keep all of this in mind before you book. Never again.

Dear management. I paid top dollar for 2 nights. Please hold guest accountable for their kids. It was horrible trying to sleep when teams of kids are running around screaming hide and seek. The M Room was a joke. Everytime we went in there, we had to leave because of kids running in and out taking snacks, changing the television and squealing. Even down talking adults. Half the employees did not speak English. Hard no for me!

My family were recent guests at Marriott Columbus Northwest Dublin for a convention 1/31 - 2/1/2026 and we were so VERY impressed by the room, faculties and staff. We had a minor issues with a door in our room during the stay and it was taken care of in less than 20 minutes. I've stayed at Hiltons, other Marriott's, Drury's and Sheraton's and I believe this as one of the best stays I've had - top marks to the management and staff. Thank you all for a great stay. Highly recommended!

This location has become more than a hotel. It has become family. My mother and I have recently had two extended stays at this Marriott. Due to a family emergency, we were unsure both times of the length of our stay. Jessica and Michael in the sales office were more than accommodating. We appreciate all of their hard work and hospitality during our stays. We felt at home as soon as we checked in. We can't remember everyone's name, but Mya and the many others at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful with the little things throughout our stay. I can't leave out Abu, Joey, Ronda, Tammy, and Lou. Again, this still doesn't cover all of the wonderful employees at this location, but the five mentioned have become like family to us. I am so appreciative for the love and support they provided as we were going through a difficult time. Their attention to the service of others is second to none. If you stay there soon, please tell them hello from their new friends from Alabama.

Lovely place to stay. Great rooms. Nicely cleaned and well presented. Buffet Breakfast was available and it was very nice. Great variety of choices. Friendly staff.

Amazingly friendly front desk staff, check in was a breeze, and they made sure that I knew exactly where to find the fitness room, the M lounge, and the restaurant. Maya is star, and without a doubt the friendliest person you could meet on arrival. She's the absolute sweetest! My preferences are for a higher floor with extra pillows, and I was absolutely accommodated. As a Marriott Bonvoy member it's always nice to be treated well. The bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is sparkling clean with lots of towels, and as mentioned plenty of pillows on that comfy bed! The M lounge is quite nice, they have morning and afternoon/evening options. I love being able to grab a soda or a bottle of water when I need one.
