Older hotel, they have made upgrades to try to dress it up. First room i had reeked of cigarette smoke. 2nd room was better. One elevator was broken. Hotel was dark. Front desk was friendly. Nicely close to airport. Several other hotels are available in the area. Ill try them next time.

This hotel is an absolute dump. In over four plus decades of business travel, this might be the dirtiest and most poorly maintained brand name property I have ever seen. Thank God my room seemed to be acceptably clean and functional. If this is the lowest price option you've got, go for it. If you are at all concerned about everything looking visually tattered, dirty and many cases broken... Find another place to stay.

Pot holes so large in the parking lots you could lose a child. Lady at front guest counter was nice and engaging. Room was clean. Shower floor you could ice skate on. Be careful if you are staying here. Homeless people asking for money in the parking lot. I assume they were homeless or they wouldn't be asking for money? She did look clean though.

Decent place to spend night prior to flying out and nice to leave your car here. Staff was outstanding both before and post trip. Parking lot filled with holes. Never got my TV to work. Staff tried two remotes and I gave up because it was getting late. Great service at getting Lynx to and from airport. Overall, I would stay again for a night.

Stayed on the Saturday night of the Luke Combs concert at Ohio Stadium. Made the reservation in December directly through the hotel website, not through a secondary party like Expedia. Get to the hotel, and the front desk workers have no answers for a large amount of people trying to check in, and being told they don't have a room for them. We apparently were included in that unfortunate "no rooms fiasco". Turns out, a bunch of rooms were given to a travel team that came in without reservations, that ended up booting people who booked through Expedia. Yet, somehow we booked directly through the Marriott website, and were also told we didn't have a room. Then, magically after almost a half hour of standing in the lobby when we had a schedule to keep for getting to the concert, we were told we had a room. The room had AC that didn't work at all on a hot day, and we heard a passerby worker state that it had been broken for a while in all of the rooms and wasn't being fixed anytime soon. We had to open the windows because of the heat, and of course the screens outside of the windows had gaping holes in them to allow bugs in the room. Absolute nightmare of a hotel, and in a much more crime-apt area than you might have expected. My girlfriend and I are not the type of people to complain, even if services or food are subpar anywhere we go, but we want to make sure no one else makes the mistake of booking at this hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Stayed here with two colleagues for a business trip. My room was clean with plenty of fresh towels. Also had tons of hot water. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet. Rooms were slightly older with a little bit of wear. Some scuffs on paint and high touch surfaces. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. I had heard about security issues regarding parking so parked right in front of the main entrance. Nothing was left out in car. I did not have an issue. No free breakfast but had a small cafe for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Cafe attendant was very friendly and all good freshly made.

My window and multiple other people had their windows smashed in. Be careful parking in their lot. Rooms were nice though. Bed was decently comfortable, nice tv in the bedroom and the living room. I was only there one night so I didn’t use the kitchenette, but it looks nice.

There was only one person working who could check people in so it took a while, there were also a lot if issues with the keys not working and there were 5 people standing around waiting for new keys. Room was clean but a little worn. Very convenient for early flights, you can park your car and get a quick shuttle ride to the airport.

Stayed here at the start of our 2 week vacation to take advantage of their park-n-fly rate. The room was ok, staff was nice, but after being warned by the front desk clerk to not park on the side of the building, I should have just taken my vehicle to one of the airport parking lot companies. Instead, I took the front desk’s advice and moved my vehicle to the front lot, and went on my vacation. When I arrived back at the airport, I called for my pickup, and after 2 additional calls and a 45 minute wait outside in 12 temperature, the van finally arrived. When we got back to the hotel, I started my vehicle remotely, and borrowed a broom from the hotel to start digging my suv out of the snow. When I got to the far side of my suv, I noticed that while we were gone, someone smashed my driver’s side window to see if I had left anything in my armrest. They threw everything out of my armrest all over the front seat, but as near as I can tell, they didn’t take anything(including the $100 cash that was my emergency fund). Glass everywhere, snow(from the 16” snowstorm) all over my front seat. I found a local glass repairman who repaired it for me the next day, and he told me that there were around 15 vehicles that night that had their windows smashed at this hotel. One plus was that the shuttle van driver helped me dig my SUV out of the snow, and brought out a shop vac to pick up as much glass as he could before I left. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but stay here at your own risk if you are leaving a vehicle in their parking lot! It might not be there in the morning.

Just okay. I wouldnt come back. Rooms are run down, with paint peeling. Reports pf bed bugs. Multiple people with bites. Frequent Marriott traveler, this hotel is just blah and not up to Marriott standards. Requests placed in app weren't completed. Addtionally cars broken into in parking lot which is apparently a frequent occurrence.
