The Hyatt Place Columbus Dublin generally receives positive feedback with guests highlighting friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near restaurants and shopping. However, concerns regarding noise, small bathroom sizes, and inconsistent housekeeping have been noted.
Clean hotel, comfortable beds, good customer service, nice showers, and it’s in a good location right next to a lot of food options and a mall. Only complaint would be the walls are super thin and the bathrooms are tiny.
Rooms are good. Like the sofa section. But the bathrooms are too too small. Breakfast is okay. Parking was full. Had to park in another parking lot nearby and not very safe. There were some break ins .
The hotel was great, we had no issues at all. The rooms are so clean, the washroom also was clean. Only odd part was how close the toilet to the door is. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. People in the comments spoke about no security, but they have roaming security at night which was super nice to have. We were there for 5 days, and I do wish we received fresh towels and restock on toilet tissue. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay, and we will definitely be back.
If you are looking for business or personal meeting/event space, I cannot recommend Hyatt Place Dublin (Tuttle Crossing) enough! I've spent the past four days at a retreat there and the service is exceptional. Every employee I crossed paths with was courteous, friendly, and very helpful, and the space was ideal for our purposes. Excellence in customer service is rare these days, and these folks are among the best.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our family (two adults, one baby, one dog). Rooms were cleans and spacious. Easy navigation just off the highway.
The staff is friendly enough. But the rooms aren’t cleaned very well. The lowball glasses below the tv has very visible grime. The bathrooms have visible dirt/dust/cobwebs/dead spiders behind the door… leading me to believe that the floors are regularly neglected. And to top it off, when housekeeping came- they knocked on the door, and I didn’t even have time to get up off of the bed and come to the door before they were opening it up themselves!!! And then being nonchalant about it when I was visibly upset over the privacy invasion.
Although nowhere on their website, did they disclose this but they clean the rooms every third day. You don’t find that out until you have checked in. The bathroom was so small that you could not open and close the door without stepping into the shower area. Absolutely awful bathroom. The hotel is Decades, old and pretty grim. The staff at the front desk other than the man in the early morning was very good. Only one elevator working the entire four days there So long waits for the elevator. For the price of the hotel go somewhere else.
Friendly staff. Elevator was making noises so I walked up the stairs. Paint was pealing in elevator. Free breakfast was ok! I've had better but it's free. I wish pool was opened. I know it's end of September but it was 80. Loud in lobby because of wedding. This hotel overall is ok. I couldn't see my car from floor I was in either.
I had a very good experience at this location. My room and all the lobby areas were very clean. The pool was a nice size and very clean. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. The surrounding area has many restaurant options within walking distance. The only drawback that I would say is the breakfast didn’t have the variety that I am used to at some location, but it was enough. I would stay here again if in the area.
Stopping for one night while traveling through the area. This was a great place to lay out heads, and it was obvious the room had been updated. Clean and contemporary was the word of the day. Loved it.
