2 months agoGreat location for getting to and from all activities without having to be in Columbus proper. The hotel was clean and quiet. As others have mentioned, only one elevator works and there are 6 floors, meaning you sometimes have to wait a minute longer than usual, but it's not anything crazy. The pool is outdoors. There were a few small bugs but that is understandable, and they did clean it while we were there. Plus online check-in and virtual key cards are AMAZING!

3 months agoBreakfast was good with a nice variety to start the day. The rooms are decent overall, though the carpet is worn out in a few spots and could use some updating. The elevators are quite slow, which can be inconvenient during busy times. On the plus side, the location offers easy access to the highway, making it convenient for travel. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.

4 months agoWe had a very nice stay at Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and made the stay more convenient for our family. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again.

4 months agoRooms were cleans. Staff was nice. Tge breakfast seating was more co,y so felt nice and relaxing. If I had a negative the breakfast hot food was luke warm at best but there a microwave and food delicious

4 months agoRooms are decent, bathrooms are super small. The renovated showers are nice. Beds are comfortable and the price is good. Breakfast is included and is perfect for a quick meal before heading out. This is our second stay at this location and we will be back.

7 months agoClerk at desk was very nice and helpful. Easy check in. Very nice room. Comfortable bed, glass cups and coffee mugs, great water pressure and cute flowers on the tp! Only 1 disappointment, no microwave.

8 months agoTypical Hyatt Place. Rooms are ok; bathrooms are tiny. Overall, older property, but they've made some updates to it. Breakfast was above average. I just miss old Hyatt Place breakfasts before they cut back on quality to save money. No real benefit for Globalists when staying here. Best part is the convenient location right off I-270.

8 months agoWe stayed here to attend a concert nearby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were surprised that a real breakfast, not bread products wrapped in plastic, was included. It felt like Europe! I Highly recommend this hotel.

8 months agoSurprised at how much noise we heard (doors shutting, people talking), bed was not comfortable. We definitely did not get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was okay. Location was ideal for a dr. appointment. Rooms were clean and the facility was overall very nice. Workers were very nice.

9 months agoStill a great stay as usual. Always one night stay every once in a while. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, water’s at proper temperature, and breakfast is like any other. Overall, definitely recommend for quick travel.
