The Residence Inn Columbus Dublin consistently receives positive feedback, particularly regarding cleanliness and friendly staff, especially at the front desk. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchens and convenient location near grocery stores, making it suitable for extended stays. However, some reviews mention maintenance issues and inconsistencies in breakfast quality.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and I would recommend this hotel.
On Monday night (11/24), we went to this very terrific, wonderful place and checked out Tuesday(11/25). Believe me when I say I had the most incredibly awesome experience here. The hotel clerk gave us our room number a minute faster. Hotel staff is both professional and responsible, and they take their hotel jobs very seriously and care for their customers whenever they ask for a room number. And the same goes for lunch, breakfast and dinner. And what is nice about this fancy place is that hotel clerk gave us both the check in time and check out time in a very precise understanding manner. One of the very professional hotel staff working there did a very nice job giving us our room number. Got to our room and it was very super-neat, super-clean and, to be honest, very tidy. I also saw the shower room had 3 different beautiful shampoos. TV worked very properly and as expected. There were so many beautiful channels to watch on the television. Shower experience was excellent. The shower head sprouted such awesome temperature water, whether hot or cold. And my first experience sleeping in the bed was nothing less than awesome. Had the most relaxing night of my life sleeping on pillows and under the sheets. In all honesty, this hotel is the most spectacular and awesome place to check in and check out of any time and the service here was again, awesome!
I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s been pleasant every time. The front desk staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean - nice showers, comfy beds, well equipped kitchens. Highly recommend staying here.
For the some price you could be much closer to the desirable “bridge crossings” area The rooms themselves need serious work. The shower, toilet, everything… had some sort of problem with it. I’m not sure if it was my room location, but very early live music (ie around 9am) started playing and it easily penetrates the walls
My stay was excellent! The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was so friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which made the hotel feel even more welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean—I truly appreciate that, as we travel often and not every hotel maintains this level of cleanliness. I was also impressed with how well the hotel accommodated a large soccer team that was staying there. The staff handled things with kindness, reminding the girls to keep the noise down without ever being rude or harsh. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely give this hotel five stars! I would definitely recommend this hotel when enjoying the area, whether for casual travel or business.
Excellent customer service . The young man at the front desk is very friendly and a great asset to your hotel staff. He greets people coming ad going and very professional. I requested additional amenities from housekeepers and bright in a timely manner.
Rooms are spacious but need a deep cleaning. Things we dusty and the fridge had left over food residue, tile was sticky. There is no fan in either the bathroom in the suite. Tracks in the window had build up that could have been dirt or possibly mold. Fan in the pool area was broken and loud - you had to scream to talk to the person next to you.
My stay at the Residence Inn Columbus Dublin was pleasant overall, thanks to the nice and very friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure a welcoming experience. However, I did notice that the exhaust fan in the washroom wasn’t functioning, which was a bit of an inconvenience. With that small fix, this hotel would be even better!
Stayed here for about a week for job training. Clean rooms and quiet area. Great for an extended stay. Nice location, close to grocery store so you can cook things in your room to make the stay a little cheaper.
This hotel is tucked away near downtown Dublin. It's a good location. The rooms are fine and the breakfast was typical. The odd thing is they charge for parking it seems strange for a hotel in the suburbs of a medium-sized City.
