Absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel delivered a level of service that was polished, warm, and consistently attentive, but what truly set the experience apart was the hospitality from Nangilo. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care elevated every moment. Nangilo went above and beyond anticipating needs before they were spoken, offering thoughtful recommendations, and making sure every detail was perfect. His welcoming spirit made the environment feel less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. It’s rare to encounter someone who blends excellence with sincerity so effortlessly, but Nangilo does exactly that. Because of him, this stay wasn’t just comfortable it was memorable. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top?tier service and heartfelt hospitality.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Columbus last weekend and stopped by Hotel LeVeque late one evening for drinks and dessert. Unfortunately, the kitchen had already closed, but Elizabeth was so kind and welcoming that she went out of her way to make our night special. She brought us a beautifully plated dessert with fresh fruit and a caramel drizzle that she added herself. It was absolutely delicious, but what we’ll remember most is how genuinely cared for she made us feel. We didn’t stay at the hotel this time, but thanks to Elizabeth and the warm, beautiful atmosphere, we’ll definitely be back and next time, we’ll be booking a room. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your kindness and for making our evening so memorable!

Our family of 4 checked in to the Leveque hotel for 1 night at the end of our Ohio vacation. The rooms are very nice and clean, with comfortable beds and amenities. The staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered! The front desk staff was so helpful giving the kids coloring books, great Recommendations and even offered to help us get ice cream for the kids, even though they did not offer it at the restaurant. We ate at the hotel restaurant The Keep which was great! They offered amazing cocktails and food and again the staff was so nice and helpful, going above and beyond. We loved our Airbnb prior, but honestly wish we could’ve stayed here longer . You won’t regret your stay!

This hotel is gorgeous and then the rooms are spacious and elegant. My kids loved the Milky Way Galaxy star projector that is in the room for a night light. We all loved the Italian soaps in the bathroom… they smelled so amazing. The staff around the clock was very attentive, friendly, and went over and above to make us feel welcome and special. I want to give a big shout out to Semhar at the front desk. She took extra time to let my 10 year old daughter learn how to properly check out. She engaged so sweetly with my daughter and treated her like a princess. We will absolutely make this our first choice on where we stay when in Columbus again because of Semhar’s exceptional hospitality and this beautiful property!

Simply the best!! As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed at various Marriott properties, but nothing compares to this fine establishment. Naturally, the aesthetics were absolutely splendid and elegant . The rooms are top-notch clean and spacious,however, we were more impressed by the amazing staff. My spouse and I came to celebrate his birthday and we were met with so much genuine hospitality. I consider them all to be our friends. If I were to begin naming everyone that made our stay amazing, I’d still be writing this. There’s no way however that I could forgo not giving a shout out to Yordanos for making our stay the most memorable. She is an amazing leader and gives her all as she leaves by example. We were both moved by her spirit as she blessed us with cheesecake and champagne to celebrate. We regret not being able to wish her goodbye as we had to leave a little earlier than planned, but can’t wait to return.

SUCH a nice hotel and the staff to match. Yodi was welcoming and very helpful over our three night weekend stay. In fact, all the staff from reception to housekeeping were warm and attentive. Beautifully appointed large rooms. Nice cosy and fun bar. Thank you to all at Hotel Leveque!

On our way to Cooperstown, New York from Huntsville, Alabama we stopped at the LeVeque in Columbus, Ohio. Upon arrival, we were professionally greeted by the valet Elijah. Once we entered the hotel, we were immediately received by Brent who provided one of the warmest welcomes for my family, I have had at a hotel in quite some time. I have traveled around the planet and I can spot authentic courtesy, professionalism, kindness, and care from far. If I have to travel back this way again, the LeVeque will be my choice for accommodations. Good job with your hiring process, Marriott. Cheers!

This iconic and historic building host’s residences as well as a hotel that has you feeling like you time traveled to the 20s in luxury. The moment you walk into the door you notice the timeless architecture and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There was a magic show while we stayed . We picked our room because we wanted a soak tub and it was very nice. The location is clean and well kept and LIZ at the front desk was especially helpful. We had breakfast both mornings at The Keep inside hotel. Service and food were great, be sure to try the beet smoothie and eggs Benedict! I live in Columbus and always wanted to stay in this hotel because of the history surrounding the building. They did not disappoint.

I booked this hotel for a quick weekend road trip mainly due to it's proximity to the Nationwide Arena. The architecture and interior decor is super cool. I'm seriously not a fan of the barn door bathroom divider, but our room layout was such that you walked down a back hall to the bathroom and also had a separate toilet room. And it's so nice to have a walk-in shower that actually contains all the water in the shower. The staff here was so nice to us. Everyone was friendly and talkative whenever we met up with them across the building. We happened to be in the elevator with Jackie while she was on the phone. She was super fun and gave us a few secrets about getting around the hotel quicker. Jess was great to chat with in the restaurant and offered some awesome recs for breakfast. The food in The Keep was delish!! The only actual problem was my mobile key didn't work for the elevator. I only waited a few moments for Brent to hook me up with another physical key and I was good to go. He was so outstandingly nice, taking several moments of what was likely his break time to get food, to chat with us as he knew the area we lived. If I return to Columbus I'll definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nothing short of five star! Every single staff member was courteous, helpful, and professional. Our room was beautiful, as was the lobby, and the music played continually in the lobby was awesome as well. We loved checking in on Friday to the live music in the lobby and complementary Prosecco. Sehmar at check in was so welcoming, and a gentleman always went to the elevator to get us our elevator, which was a very kind gesture. Brent who helped us at checkout was charming and personable and so thoughtful and helpful! Each staff member made us feel like we were appreciated guests. The location is fantastic, and you will not be disappointed.
