I booked this hotel for a quick weekend road trip mainly due to it's proximity to the Nationwide Arena. The architecture and interior decor is super cool. I'm seriously not a fan of the barn door bathroom divider, but our room layout was such that you walked down a back hall to the bathroom and also had a separate toilet room. And it's so nice to have a walk-in shower that actually contains all the water in the shower. The staff here was so nice to us. Everyone was friendly and talkative whenever we met up with them across the building. We happened to be in the elevator with Jackie while she was on the phone. She was super fun and gave us a few secrets about getting around the hotel quicker. Jess was great to chat with in the restaurant and offered some awesome recs for breakfast. The food in The Keep was delish!! The only actual problem was my mobile key didn't work for the elevator. I only waited a few moments for Brent to hook me up with another physical key and I was good to go. He was so outstandingly nice, taking several moments of what was likely his break time to get food, to chat with us as he knew the area we lived. If I return to Columbus I'll definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nothing short of five star! Every single staff member was courteous, helpful, and professional. Our room was beautiful, as was the lobby, and the music played continually in the lobby was awesome as well. We loved checking in on Friday to the live music in the lobby and complementary Prosecco. Sehmar at check in was so welcoming, and a gentleman always went to the elevator to get us our elevator, which was a very kind gesture. Brent who helped us at checkout was charming and personable and so thoughtful and helpful! Each staff member made us feel like we were appreciated guests. The location is fantastic, and you will not be disappointed.

Over the top spectacular place! Everything screams comfort and luxury in a roaring 20’s sort of way as soon as you walk into the lobby. The staff is unbelievably friendly and consistently welcoming and polite. Crystal in particular went above and beyond to make sure my husband’s bday was special and she was fabulously thoughtful in the most impressive way. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, well appointed with interesting snacks & drinks (for a fee) and the bed is beyond comfortable. They even had a star projector for the ceiling and it is super fun and very realistic looking. It made things feel even more magical! The huge shower is luxurious- lovely amenities, instant hot water, great water pressure. Towels are soft and fluffy. I will never stay anywhere else again when I’m in Columbus- thank you for a tremendous stay!!

Hotel LeVeque delivered one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve had in a long time, and I don’t say that lightly. What sets this property apart is the staff and the aesthetic. The front desk, valet, and housekeeping teams are an exceptional group of hospitality professionals. They are well trained, knowledgeable, and attentive, but never in a way that feels forced or scripted. The care feels genuine, calm, and confident. From the moment I arrived, they swept me in, handled my bags, and made everything feel effortless in the same way family does when you visit home. They made me feel known and taken care of, like they were invested in my stay and not just going through the usual hotel routine. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it’s why this stay stood out. They also went out of their way to make a birthday celebration feel thoughtful and special. The vibe was completely on point, elevated and polished, but still relaxed and welcoming. As someone who pays close attention to details, I noticed how consistently they got the small things right. It impressed me in all the right ways. The hotel itself is stunning with historic character, and the location is incredibly convenient for downtown Columbus. We loved the riverside views and the striking view of the federal courthouse, which added to the sense of place. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully styled. The stargazing theme was such a fun touch, and the stylized constellation-themed room art kept us guessing. The constellation projector tied it all together and made the stay uniquely memorable. The bathroom was equally impressive, with AMAZING shower pressure, true luxury spa vibes, and signature toiletry products that smelled incredible. The scent was bright and airy up front, then smooth and refined as it settled. It gave me that Baccarat-style “expensive clean” vibe with a subtle jasmine-like pop. It was the anniversary of our proposal, and this was truly the most accommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Being allowed to preview the room beforehand at no extra charge was such a thoughtful touch, and the champagne with rose petals on the bed made the celebration feel incredibly special. Someone once told me, “it’s never too late to write a thank you note.” As I look back at 2025, a highlight was celebrating my milestone wedding anniversary at the Leveque Tower Hotel! Super nice stay, great room, really comfortable bed, and the employees were absolutely fantastic! A shout out goes to employee, Brent, who went the extra mile in coordinating details! The stay exceeded all of our expectations! For example, when we got back in the evening, the hotel restaurant had just closed and Brent surprised us by sending desserts up to our room! He also made a great romantic setup in our room with rose pedals and a gift basket which included some really cool Leveque Tower memorabilia to take home for our kids. This is because we had made a comment at check-in that our daughter had enjoyed learning about this hotel in her history class at school. We were super impressed, what a great experience! We went due to recommendation from a friend and now also highly recommend!!!

The location is fantastic: right by Columbus Commons, with easy walking access to High Street restaurants, downtown activities, and a nearby dog park that makes traveling with a pup much less stressful. Being able to step outside and immediately have parks, food, and city energy at your feet makes the hotel feel perfectly placed for a weekend in Columbus. Inside, the hotel is genuinely beautiful—gorgeous interiors with that art-deco-meets-modern vibe, large comfortable rooms, and amazing bathrooms that feel more like a spa than a standard hotel setup. The city views add to the sense of occasion, making it ideal for celebrations or just a more elevated weekend away. It feels luxurious without being stuffy, and it’s very easy to settle in and feel at home for a couple of nights. What truly set this stay apart was the staff. Being able to treat my parents to a 70th-birthday weekend there, and having the team go out of their way to be kind, patient, and genuinely understanding of my father’s increased confusion, is exactly what hospitality is supposed to be but so rarely is. They didn’t just tolerate the situation—they made sure my parents were cared for, comfortable, and supported, which is invaluable and deeply appreciated. For dog owners, the hotel’s pet-friendly approach is another major plus. Dogs are welcomed, not merely allowed, and the combination of a dog-friendly environment with nearby green spaces and a dog park makes this an easy choice when traveling with a pet. Altogether, Hotel LeVeque is an excellent option for a luxurious celebration, a romantic or family weekend, or a special stay for loved ones—beautiful setting, walkable location, and a staff that truly embodies empathy and real hospitality.

Great for seeing PLAY AT PALACE THEATRE or an overnight stay or two. We traveled in from out of town for a special occasion. We went for a play at the theatre and the location was amazing. we got a joined room with one being a king and the other a double bed. it is in walking distance to everything JD was amazing and very helpful for letting us get early entry and making sure we had a great stay the room is clean and very spacious Wives Beware - the room service attendant tried to enter the room which was weird. other than that great stay for the occasion

She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was comfortable and memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel valued as guests from the moment we arrived. Equally remarkable was Brent, who showed extraordinary dedication by personally traveling to a local shop to pick up hair gel we had forgotten to pack. That kind of thoughtfulness and commitment to guest satisfaction is rare and deserves recognition. Thanks to Yordi’s leadership and Brent’s kindness, our stay was not only enjoyable but unforgettable. I thought this hotel was insanely priced for the area but after reading the reviews on this hotel compared to the others it seemed like the only logical choice. The hotel itself is very quiet which seems hard to come by these days. Had a great nights rest! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel and our room was very clean. Shower was amazing! Only negative feedback is the bar. We sat down and waited about 10 mins before anyone greeted us. The bar staff were busy but it would have just taken a quick look in our direction with a "Ill be right with you", to improve the experience. Overall, very positive stay, would stay again for sure!
