I am not one to post negative reviews, but here we go.. We booked this hotel on a last minute notice while traveling through. My husband walked in and had to wait almost 10 minutes before being helped, even when we rang the buzzer 2 times. When he was finally helped, he asked about pool hours, the lady replied but failed to tell him that the hot tub was out of order. We took our excited kids to the pool, and it was FREEZING. The hot tub was not in working order. The pool had to of been 40 degrees.. but we tried to make the most of it for our kids. While swimming, paint flakes from the ceiling were floating in the pool. After we noticed that, we got out and I went up to counter and asked for a refund. I would’ve wore a towel up front to be modest, but there was zero towels clean. Only 2 wet dirty ones that someone else had left behind. Regardless, just be skeptical of this place.. I’d call with any questions you have prior to booking.

I’ve stayed at this location once before and thought it was decent so I ended up booking again. One thing important to consider is that the pillows are very flat. There is zero neck support even when folded in half. The bathrooms are standard and the bed was fine. The major downside to this stay was the lack of security cameras facing the parking lot. On multiple nights there were vehicle break ins. In my case there was nothing in plain sight and nothing was stolen. The center console was tossed. Apparently they didn’t find what they were looking for. 6 other vehicles were hit. I feel if management wants people to continue staying they need to increase their security measures.

When we got there it took forever to check in, even after already paying online. The staff acted almost annoyed. The place wasn't very clean, the same trash on the floor of the elevator was still there when we checked out the following day, carpet was atrocious and the floors of the room were sticky feeling even my shoes were making sounds walking on it. The beds have metal on the bottom frame so it sounds like a baking sheet warping when you move on it. Lastly 2 weeks later they never gave back our deposit and considering were basically in the room to sleep and can say that the room had zero damage. I definitely recommend looking at a different hotel if you need to stay in the area. The only thing I will say positive is that it is in a great location accessible to so many places and things to do, but so are multiple surrounding hotels

First time EVER in Ohio. Just spent one night and my trucks front passenger side window was smashed in. And my truck ransacked! I had a regular room with a sleeper sofa in it. The sofa was disgustingly stained. I didn't even put my bags on it. The only thing that was decent was the staff. They were wicked nice. They were very helpful with my vehicle after being broken into. I can't say enough about how nice they were. Othe than them I have ZERO desire to ever go back again.

The front desk person and manager were rude, they didn't listen. The manager just walked off while we were talking. Clean room and bathroom but the body lotion bottle was empty. The breakfast attendant was on her phone and didn't acknowledge us until we want to order. They were out of coffee twice and each time we had to ask for coffee.

Night 2 we requested towels and were told no. Come back after 8am for some. We were leaving by 7am so what good is that??! We used a pillow case and my makeup towel. The conditioner and shower gel were empty. They did not give clean ice bucket liner. The tissues were empty and never replaced the whole stay. Lucky I had travel size toiletries. The elevator ( 1 of 2) was broke. The lamp had a short that worried us. The breakfast was small and had to wait and ask for a paper plate and give our room number. Breakfast was OK but not near what I expected. Stayed in much less that had better. For the price, very disappointing. The rooms were clean and the lobby was nice. Plenty of parking.

Great location, furniture seems a bit worn, but my room (412) was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Liz at the front desk helped to resolve a minor issue with my reservation. She was very pleasant and attentive with other guests.I’ll update this review when I check out in a couple of days. 8/27/25: checking out today. I didn’t get a chance to dine at the hotel restaurant but my expectations were met at this hotel. Liz was very patient , pleasant,courteous, and professional . Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Place was bad!! Car got broken into and management did nothing about it. No working surveillance cameras! 6 total cars got broken into. Hotel employees said it happens frequently. Dirty rooms and hallways. Carpet is so dirty. Save yourself a bad experience and dont stay there.

I was there on a business trip for 2 days. They obviously have a car theft problem as they have a sign posted do not leave anything in your car. Seems like if that is a problem all 5 of the hotels within 1/4 mile of each other should split having security drive through the lots at night. My room was ok, but luckily I noticed I had no towels after I arrived and before I tried to shower. I went to the front desk and the asst GM could only find 1 towel and seemed flustered so then he got me 3 additional pool towels(which really aren’t towels they are more like extra large hand towels). One would think that the next day they would make sure to put more towels in my room. They did not. The bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on rocks. I would not recommend this place. The location is convenient but the hotel is obviously struggling as the GM and asst GM work the front desk one during the day and one on the evening shift. I travel a lot for business and am a Hilton Honors member and almost always stay at Hilton Properties, and this is by far the worst experience I have had. Avoid this Hilton property.

I’m a Hilton Honors member and prefer staying at Hiltons. I will definitely be staying somewhere else. Stayed here last night and my truck along with 4 other vehicles had the windows busted and were broken into. Based on some of the other reviews I’ve just read this appears to be a reoccurring issue. I do NOT recommend staying at this location.
