Thea area where the hotel was located it was very quite. A pool we did not use, looked clean. Hair on sink in our room. The same night loud of check in, going to bed and some very hard banging very loud, 1 floor down, shook our floor. Plastic on some of the room doors going to our room. Our room door only had a dead bolt on the door. Light switch int entryway they turned on/off nothing. Desk in the room was coming apart. Restroom on the first floor, around the corner from check in, did not have paper towels or toliet paper, urine and dried urine all over the seat, floor in restroom was dirty.

I was given a handicap accessible room because they had no other rooms for what I needed. While it was spacious I was not happy at all. Bathroom had mildew and the water pressure was very low. You couldnt adjust the shower head so you showered on the mildew wall. The mini fridge made nose all night. O e of the two beds was broken and you could see just how old they were because one of the box spring covers was half off. This was one of worst Hilton branded hotels I ever stayed in.

This hotel was clean and modern, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was kind and helpful. We got adjoining rooms last minute without having to ask. I do wish they had an included breakfast, but there were so many great dining options around that it wasn't really an issue. The pool area was clean and the pool was a nice temperature. We had a nice, quiet evening and will likely return.

Our stay at the hotel was through a OSU hospital program. My son was having surgery and my commute back and forth was over 80 miles. Regardless, the stay was very nice. The customer service we received was bar none. Professional, courteous, and friendly. When I thought it would be best to stay an extra night at the hotel before we traveled home, the staff was most accommodating and able to keep us in the same room. With the hospital program, we received breakfast vouchers to order a made to order breakfast from the menu. Breakfast, even continental, is not free. If you are on a budget with a big family, that may not be for you. The rooms served a purpose. The one we were in needed a little updating and the HVAC unit would spew out dirt fibers within a 3 foot radius whenever the A/C would kick on. Now, to be fair, this was the first of March and I turned the A/C on and set it at 73. It is possible the hotel had not yet had maintenance done on the system. It was a great location to the hospital, walking distance to Bob Evans, a mexican restaurant, and Roosters. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I can forgive little things when customer service is top notch and that is what we received.

My husband and I are staying here for Valentine’s Day weekend and it has been a wonderful choice. The service is great, the beds are comfortable, they actually give you nice big towels for the bathroom and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner they provide are in big bottles and smell amazing and are sulfate free, I loved that. The pool was also very clean.

Last minute booked here as there was an issue with another hotel. The staff is top notch here. From check-in, the evening front desk person was managing all parts of the lobby and bar with a friendly & helpful attitude. Breakfast can cost extra, but the food was good & again, the service was great. Room was nice & comfortable. While the USB by the bed did not work, there were multiple other power options (including the alarm clock) to charge devices

I was racially mistreated when I went there after driving 7hours ….The male receptionist who was on duty on 12/23/2025 @12:30am.. I pray someone messes you up done day soon. The hotel staff are racisy including the female security who said it’s okay for the man to talk me in that manner. Thank God I recorded him! So he can’t lie! The security came and I explained that he called me a Fraud just because my boyfriend card declined! (Mind you my boyfriend is in the icu at the hospital so he made reservations before I got to Columbus, I explained this to the receptionist n the security then the security said because the guy doesn’t like me then I must leave the hotel…. I pray to God that you feel millions of the pains I feel this night , Fairfield treated me well and nice, they listen to me and took time to help me!

The room was clean (except for the rust stains on the showerhead), but there were a bunch (5+) of unattended 8-10 year old girls running up and down the halls and being obnoxiously loud, and riding up and down the elevator from the 2nd to 3rd floor until after 10 PM, UNATTENDED. The one elevator floor was also soaked -- I can only assume it was kids using the pool and not drying off before riding the elevators. But that presents a slip and fall danger. There is no sound deadening between the hallway and rooms at all, so you hear the overly heavily room doors slam shut and people talking in the hallway 24 hours a day. Add to that the herd of girls running rampant, and you get the picture. Also, the internet... Why would you have a Wi-Fi network named "Hilton Hotel" that customers cannot log into, and then find out that the REAL guest network was IHG-something? There was one very nice woman at the front desk, but they needed more desk staff. I went to ask about the Wi-Fi, and she was five guests deep. I asked a guy who was cleaning, and he kindly straightened me out on the Wi-Fi. Thank you Sir! While there were firm and soft pillows, labeled as such, the bed was way too firm. The breakfast was mediocre at best. It appeared that the eggs and stuff were shipped in frozen and just thawed / heated. And people left their trash on the table, and none of the staff were making sure the trash cans were not overflowing in the breakfast area? Overall a mediocre experience at best. If I return to the area, I'll try the plethora of other hotels within a stone's throw from this place before I'd stay here again.
