Prior to arrival, I was assured that all necessary arrangements would be made for our infant. However, the requested crib was not provided overnight. This created an unsafe sleeping situation for our baby and caused significant stress and inconvenience. • There was a strong marijuana odor throughout the corridor outside our room • We were told that front desk will get extra sheets for our infant during the night, but obviously no one came.The room telephone was not functioning, and none of our calls to the front desk connected. we were forced to leave the room and walk down to the front desk in person, which was especially difficult while caring for a baby. • We found hair in the bed upon arrival • The bathtub drain was not functioning properly, causing water to accumulate. I was assured that the manager will be present in the morning to address our issues but never came. I actually emailed the manager and there has been no response for two weeks. This kind of service is unheard of.

All Elevators were broke except one which led to large build ups of people waiting to get on. Television remote control had expired batteries, when maintenance guy showed up 1.5 hours after first call he shows up stinking of Marijuana, body order and cologne. Bathtub drain was backed up and you will be showering with water way past your ankles and good luck getting the water temperature to comfortable levels. ANTS IN THE ROOM!!!! I would never stay here again, just disgusting.

Bad honest reviews , I should have listened. IHG I bet pulled flagship for this hotel and for good reason. They aren’t under the IHG brand, do not be fooled. As a former IHG DOS and GM, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. An audit needs done asap on this location! I left and paid 100 extra at the Renaissance 5 min down the road, wow…Night and Day, actually felt a breath of relief and I booked third party. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is definitely purchased and ran down under IHG flagship but is another operation that will just get as much money as they can and not put the money where it’s needed. You might as well stay at a red roof inn or hourly motel, in six months I’d be surprised if their prices are lowered. This is a 2 star hotel at best. Cleaning was completely sub par, hair in bathtub and when I pulled out the couch, it had crumbs everywhere, nasty on the floor. Upon parking, driveways has pot holes and glass everywhere, there were a few parked vehicles up to no good, 3 down the way were parked and using a coat hanger to open a car door , another was parked sideways rolling one. Loud music in parking lot like a block party. Didn’t want to leave my vehicle behind. First I paid extra for a room for Two Double Beds. It was a week in advance, and plenty of rooms, specifically did not want a sofa bed. Upon arrival I was told there are no rooms with two beds, then get to room, no sheets or even pillows for the sofa bed in the room, dirty sheets outside my door in hallway and elevator is packed with migrated workers, elevators and hallways are literally doused with marijuana smell and the front office manager wouldn’ refund my stay, instead I complained to my third party and they indeed refunded my stay.

This place used to be amazing front desk staff there is only 1 or 2 that honestly know anything. So I checked inn and tub still had dirty water in it because drain is stopped up asked for maintenance to come put drain cleaner in it was told the would be up in 15 minutes they never showed up i called desk 3 time they will be right there then tried to wash my face and brush my teeth and sink won't drain either so I checked in at 230 and left at 11 still no maintenance but I was assured it would be no longer than an hour at 430. So they need to do better but place is going down hill full speed

Pool was freezing, definitely not heated. I was looking for places with breakfast included for my stay which is why I chose this place.. woke my kids up early to make it to breakfast to find out they charge extra for food?? Insane.. over $200 on a 1 night stay and breakfast isn’t even included that’s insane… They also had a few high schools staying here during my stay and they were so loud when we were trying to sleep and so rude in the hallways. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Easy check-in, check-out! We didn't drive this trip, so everything was a bit away from us, but we Uber/Lyft was available at any time of the day. Shuttle offer to airport. Only complaint was we didn't like the pillows. Other than that, room was nice, staff was nice, it was clean. Shower pressure was very nice.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The room they gave me had a bed that smelled like pee when you pulled the covers back. They gave me a new room, had to ask twice because they were to busy talking about what they did the day before with other employees, this includes the manager. The new room they gave us had stains everywhere and had something spilled on the door that my toddler was touching. I had to clean it up because we didn’t get our new room until 12 am and my baby was ready to sleep. Then the next morning when we wake up there is a bedbug crawling on my daughter’s pillow. We found a total of 2 bugs (wasn’t even looking) I put them in a cup and showed Chris (front desk person). He came in and checked the room out, walked out without saying anything I had to ask what he was going to do about it since he just walked away. I asked for a refund for my night- have to wait for the manager but they couldn’t tell me what time he comes in. I will be calling this evening and again until this is resolved. Please look at photos & think twice about booking! Don’t make our mistake.

Rooms were great, food was not great. Now, hotel food is kinda hit or miss, but there was a menu posted with some items I was eager to try, however the kitchen was apparently closed and there was a buffet instead. Pasta, tiny meatballs, chicken legs, basic salad. Not what I would have expected. The room prices were very low however, $88/night which was a trade-off so I couldn’t complain. The Manager on duty last night was great. Had a hard time understanding some of their employees due to language barriers.

I came to Crowne Plaza Columbus Ohio - North - Worthington for a group that uses space monthly. Meeting space is large, food provided by hotel was great. Banquet area restrooms looked recently refreshed. Note: they only had one partially hidden soap dispenser for 7 sinks. Parking area a little sketchy &needs a lot more lighting. Noticed hotel shuttle patrolling parking area and a couple of the temporary camera trailers. DANGER: Dimly lighted driveway is closed only by thin cable with no signage! I came within 2 ft of drilling cable as it is almost invisible with zero reflective signage, any signs, or large barriers.

Overall a poor hotel experience. Front desk reception was very friendly and quick to check me in. Hotel is very dated, has not been renovated in a long time. Elevators are dirty, buttons are worn out and falling apart. In the room: Air Conditioner/Heater very loud, could not change settings, had to unplug at night to reduce noise. Toilet would not stop running, very loud. Shower - water would not drain properly. Standing in ankle deep water while showering. Wallpaper is very old. Has stains. Carpet is old. Beds are small.
