Fantastic experience. Stayed here for a work trip. Holly and Tinnisha at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful with questions about breakfast and the exercise room. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and shower clean, and access to Easton mall easy and immediate. Solid choice for an overnight stay.

We had a terrible experience this past Saturday night (February 28th) with this hotel. We booked a room through Expedia, which said they had rooms left mind you. Yes it was late but REGARDLESS, if it states there are rooms available, you can book them. Anyways, we arrive at the hotel at approximately 10:15-10:20 pm (which I have proof of through my Life360.) When we arrive, the man at the front desk looks up my name and then my fiances name, checked both ideas to verify who we were that booked a room. Messes around for a little bit and then chases a man down the hallway that apparently wasn’t supposed to be there? Then after that disaster, comes back to the front desk to look at his computer again to then tell us “oh uh yeah we don’t even have any rooms left, Expedia should’ve not let you pay and book a room sorry.” So we then say “uhhhhh wow ok so now what? Can you give us a refund ?!” He then states “no I can’t do that you will have to get a refund through Expedia.” So we leave frustrated and scrambling to find another hotel to stay at. Fast forward to the next day. I reach out to Expedia for refund. They say they have to contact the hotel to get the refund. Ok, so I wait. The hotel does not answer. So I then have to wait 72 hours for response. I speak with Expedia again and they try calling hotel again. Someone finally answers and tells them THAT WE WERE A NO SHOW!!!!!!! I am absolutely mind blown at this point. So Expedia says “the hotel is going to check into this and verify that you actually arrived and get back to me.” I receive an email today from Expedia today stating that after the hotel somehow “verified” this information, the man working the front desk that night claimed and marked us down as no shows and the hotel will NOT allow us a refund!!!!! I am beyond frustrated and angry by this entire situation. Not only was he entirely unprofessional and chasing a man down the hallway yelling “IM CALLING THE COPS ON YOU IF YOU DONT LEAVE!!!” In the middle of trying to help customers at the front desk trying to check In but then to immediately come back and say oh no sorry no room available and then mark us down as no shows?! I will NEVER step foot in this place again and I WILL take this as far as I have to in order to make this right.

Front desk ladies disappears and no one is at the front desks for minutes. Very rude and the rooms smelled. The carpet stinks and mold was around the tub handles. Hot water wasn't hot. The Lady at the front I couldn't get her name when we checked in needs to be re trained on her customer service skills. I'm done with Hilton!!! So much for being a member. I'm going back to Marriott

Front desk woman was extremely rude didn’t even acknowledge guests but quick to respond with an attitude my system is down. No jacuzzi. Got woke up byshift change @11pm bc a dog popped all down the hallway, being accused of having a dog at that, you didn’t see me come in with a dog. Guy offered me another room but at this point I’m so disgusted give me a refund and I’ll go home. Day two of calling repeatedly because there is no refund and now no record of a conversation that was had.

We came to Columbus for a high school bowling match and stayed one night at this hotel. The room was decently large and clean however, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. When we woke up early Saturday morning to head to the match, 3 of our vehicles had had windows smashed out and ransacked. We do travel often and understand there are normally signs saying something about parking at your own risk or something similar to that. However, this location had a hired security guard on site all night. The vehicles were all parked right in front of the main entrance to the hotel. The GM has not responded to any emails or phone calls in 6 days. We had to drive back home with plastic over the window in the freezing cold. Mind you, I drive a 2026 GMC Acadia and the glass places do not even carry the glass to repair it so I have been without my vehicle fully functioning for 6 days. To top it off, the morning front desk agent that had come in at 6am told the 3 families with the damage that the guard was probably “sleeping”. And don’t count on Columbus PD to be helpful or timely to your situations as we waited 1.5 hours for them and was late to our senior sons bowling match.

We arrived at 3:25pm to check in. The check in was supposed to be 3 pm, but we had to wait in lobby for ~20min because no rooms were ready. The pool was out of commission, so we definitely couldn’t go there to pass the time. We were told they couldn’t get any of our groups rooms on the same floor, but then another couple we were with literally reserved room at the last minute, separately from us, and did get a room on our floor, so they apparently lied to us. We got back to the hotel at 1am after a birthday celebration and the room thermostat said it was 65, but it seemed much cooler and I keep my home temp on 68. We shut off the thermostat and restarted and got some heat until exactly 3:16am when I was awoken by the sound of a lawnmower in my room. It was the furnace! Due to my complete fatigue and exhaustion all I could do is laugh until my stomach hurt due to this ridiculous situation. I decided to cover my head with a pillow and get about 4 hours of sleep before I managed to crawl out of the covers into the frigid room temperatures to go have a basic breakfast and leave. I reported the furnace issue to the front desk with no attempt to rectify the situation. Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel!

$200+ for a room that the bathtub doesn’t drain the water unless you grab the drainer and keep it up, the room had an old smell and the curtain was stain. Breakfast a total disappointment, this hotels are getting expensive without giving anything to their customers in return. The front desk was customer service could be better, if you’re a Hilton honor member they give you your bag with goodies, but they run out of the Hilton bags so they give us a white paper bag instead. It’s all those details that build up that it’s not worth paying so much for so minimum. What are the pros? You’re walking distance from a Walmart and crossing the street in front you have a mall.

The room was very clean and spacious and the location was great, but there were multiple vehicles broken into overnight with smashed out windows. We luckily didn't have ours vandalized, but had a pile of broken glass next to it. We felt absolutely horrible for those that were victims. It didn't seem like the morning staff was very pleasant, concerned, or helpful to the those trying to figure out what they needed to do. The staff swept up the glass in the parking lot and offered a vacuum for people to clean up the broken glass in their cars. This appears to be an ongoing problem with no resolution. Unfortunately, because of the crime/safety concerns, we would not stay here again or recommend this location.

The bathroom in room 406 had no working lights. I’m not sure why this wasn’t reported to maintenance or a manager before the next guest arrived. Also, how can a bathroom be thoroughly cleaned without proper lighting? As a Hilton Diamond member who frequently stays with Hilton hotels, I can say this is definitely not Diamond Member–approved. Attention to these basic details is essential, and overlooking them impacts the guest experience.

Probably the worst hotel in the area. Hampton inns are usually nice anc clean and well ran. But not this place. Here are a few takeaways: - first upon check in there were about 10 ppl in line on a Saturday around 4pm and check in took about 40 minutes. Rooms not ready, one person behind the desk moving at a snails speed. - elevator lights out, elevator doesn’t go to the 5th floor ? wtf - room was ok but the blackout curtain didn’t go all the way down so I didn’t get a good nights sleep. The sink in the bathroom not properly cleaned so the water wouldn’t drain at all - last but not least- we got to breakfast at 9.40 and food was completely out, no one replenished it, both waffle makers didn’t work at all. So my kids didn’t get breakfast- seriously probably the worst service I’ve encountered. There’s clearly staffing issues here and nothing is being fixed. But I will not be staying here ever again. So many hotels in this nice area- this one is probably the worst!!!!
