My husband and I just had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Drury. All of the staff was so nice, helpful and accomidating. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good. Theres a convention center connected to the motel that had restaurants and a little store. We're planning on returning to the Drury for any future visits to Columbus!

My friend and I stayed here recently for a concert and it was so convenient! Walking distance to nationwide arena!! Joshua and Natayla at the front desk were particularly kind and helpful! I am a wheelchair user and had a very easy time navigating the handicapped accessible room! Check in and check out was seamless and the breakfast was very good! Will definitely be back!

Our stay was quite nice overall. Staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The biggest downside was the elevator situation. This is a decently larger hotel, and there are only 2 elevators. We stayed on a Saturday night, and it seemed quite busy. We were often waiting several minutes for the elevator to reach us, and more than once the elevator was already packed full of people and we had to wait for the next one. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good, parking in the attached deck was simple, and the location was perfect for our needs.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend. We are huge Drury fans and have stayed at several locations but this hotel is a step above the rest of them. The building and rooms themselves are lovely and the renovations have the place looking quite modern but what really sets this location apart is the staff. We have never had such excellent customer service from every single staff member we encountered over our stay. This isn't to say we've had bad customer service elsewhere- the employees here just truly go above and beyond to make the Drury as welcoming as possible. NaTaylia at the front desk is an absolute ray of sunshine! We had an issue with the first room we were assigned and unfortunately they were sold out of comparable rooms but Candice went above and beyond to make up for us needing to move to a smaller room. I cannot say enough good things about how kind and accommodating she was!! We were in town to see two Blue Jackets games so we missed out on the kickbacks but the staff at the bar and restaurant were all great! The food exceeded our expectations there as well. The hotel is also in a great location. The nationwide arena and several bars/restaurants are all within an easy walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

Pleasantly surprised! I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. I don't like staying in hotels at all but I felt very comfortable here. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay if you have an event at the convention center. The breakfast and dinner options were good. The on-site parking is nice but the spots are extremely small. I would highly recommend!

I have not had this nice of an experience at a place since before COVID. Every employee that I met was kind, the hotel was kept exceptionally clean, and the free breakfast, snacks, dinner and drinks had a good enough variety to make everyone happy for 3 days. Despite being almost full, the hotel room was quiet at night.

We attended an event at the Convention Center. We could not been more happy with our stay. The staff were warm, caring, and inviting especially the front desk and the kitchen/bar. The rooms were clean and perfect for our stay.

Love Drury! They make travel SO easy! Check-in was smooth, room was clean, bed was comfy, and food was delicious! Special shoutout to Natalia at the front desk and Sabrina at the Bar & Kitchen! They were so inviting with EXCELLENT customer service! I will always choose Drury! Hoping for more locations soon!

We just had two wonderful nights at the Drury Plaza ( Downtown Columbus/ Convention Center) Flew in from the DMV area for a Franklin University Graduation ( hotel is actually connected to the Convention Center so we never had to get a rental car-just 7mile Uber ride from John Glenn Columbus Airport- very convenient) Our clerk at reception, Natalya, was so helpful and upbeat- we just loved her! We had a king suite w/ a sitting area which was clean, very spacious and comfortable bed ( microwave/ mini fridge in all rooms )- The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and the breakfast team kept things well supplied and organized (generous menu: served REAL eggs, pancakes , waffles/make your own, home fries, sausage patties, biscuits w/ gravy, cereals, bagels/ toast, fresh fruits) - And their amazing evening Kick Back reception ( also complimentary daily ) was just an incredible value, especially for guest traveling with families - tasty hot food options that rotate each evening like Swedish meatballs w/ mashed potatoes, pulled pork, taco bar, and always sides like garden salad, steamed vegetables so you had healthy options) -Plus the Kick BackReception included beer, wine and some mixed cocktail options , and soda products!!! - We also really appreciated that management was very visible and they came around to touch base with the guests ( spoke w/ supervisor, Holly D. during breakfast service and evening supervisor was rounding during Kick Back reception ). They want to know "how's your stay going and what they can do to make your visit more enjoyable- We were so impressed. Definitely lucked out when we found Drury!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We came for 2 nights to go to Lego Land and to swim at the hotel. Everything was so clean, the staff were wonderful, and the food was great. I know you’d expect a hotel to be clean; I also know they’re often really not. From the pool to the room to the dining area, everything looked and smelled clean. The pool is indoor/outdoor, so some leaves did float in after some serious wind, but it wasn’t bad. It was also fun to go out in the snow to jump in the pool and then swim under the 1/2 wall to get inside. Even when super busy, the staff was awesome. At the kick back on our first night, they made our kids a special “sour patch kid” drink. Whenever we were eating, multiple people would stop by to make sure we were doing well. Regardless of if someone was in a suit or a service uniform, everyone talked to us and everyone was keeping the area clean. The location is great. Right across from Jeff Ruby’s and the walkable to lots of stuff. It was too cold on this trip to walk much, but we did get to the main library downtown and walked to lunch once. I would definitely go back again. If you don’t have kids, all of the kids might be a bit much for you. For our family, we couldn’t beat the value and had a blast.
