I stay at this location frequently throughout the month for business, and it has consistently been my preferred choice. The staff is exceptional—always welcoming, attentive, and reliable. The recent renovations have given the hotel a warm, comfortable, and more inviting atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home. I would confidently recommend this location to anyone looking for a dependable and pleasant stay.

Arriving was an ordeal. Flights, TSA, traffic were all affecting my mood. Walking through the front doors I was immediately greeted by Del. He was definitely anticipating something wrong (possibly by the look on my face). He got me registered and off to the room with meal suggestions for the evening. He was very helpful. The room was very clean. I had little need for entertainment. I simply wanted to eat and sleep. The bed was comfortable and a suitable size for me. I slept the night with no discomfort or disturbances. Next morning, breakfast. Very convenient set up and tasty.

Hotel is really nice. Newly renovated rooms with the modern touches. They were currently renovating the lobby. We missed the breakfast in the morning however looks like lots of options available in a large space. Large pool good for kids of all ages. Located right near ikea , if you plan stopping. Lots of food options close.

Del at the front desk was our first experience and he was pleasant and very professional. The entire hotel has been renovated and it really shows. Super clean and new smelling fresh. Beds were very comfy with different choice of pillows. Breakfast made the morning nice and relaxing with a great variety. We were staying two nights, but a very friendly staff member of house keeping still asked us as we were leaving for the day if we wanted a room refresh. Normal I'm sure for each day, but the politeness stood out. Great staff connection throughout our stay. Will stay again!

As of 3/20/26 lobby being renovated but all facilities pool, breakfast & gym fully in service. Room was spotless possibly recently renovated as it was sparkling clean & modern. Great location in good side of town just off I-71 and by Polaris mall & top restaurants

Great location, right off I-71 and close to the Polaris Mall, Rock City Church, restaurants, Ikia, movies, golfing ?? and many other stores. Hotel is renovated, rooms are big and clean. One thing it be good to know when booking, is that the hotel is under renovation. In the room , the refrigerator is very loud.

We LOVED our stay here even despite the construction. We had kids along and everyone had an amazing time. They were very accommodating and extremely friendly. The pool was fun and the rooms were clean and updated. Thank you for a lovely stay !

Great place to stay. It's nice and clean. The rooms have been remodled recently and are very cozy. I think a few of the finising touches are still being done, such as adding a table with chairs and a larger trash can like most hotel rooms have. The pool and lazy river was relaxing. It just didn't seem as warm as most indoor pools. But once we got used to the temperature it wasn't too bad. There was a shower to rinse off the chlorine that did have warm water. I was suprised that our room didn't have a Bible. I really hope they haven't decided to get rid of them.

Pool was fun and clean and as expected. No hot tub as advertised so that was disappointing. I appreciated that there was security patrolling the parking lot to watch our vehicles! Hotel was clean, staff was busy but kind. Breakfast was honestly terrible besides the pancake maker, juice was watered down food was put out “fresh” but hard as a hockey puck lol but my kids still got their bellies full (from pancakes) and we all had a good time. We will be back.
